Hale Kihei is a 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bath home built in 2003, located across from Sugar Beach in Kihei, Maui, Hawaii (1.5 blocks). This home features a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and tile floors. The living Area is decorated a modern Hawaiian style that flows throughout the home and makes you feel as though you have truly arrived in paradise. Your absolute comfort is assured with air-conditioning throughout the home.

This beautiful home sleeps up to 10 guests, with 2 King beds, 4 twins, and 2 convertible foam mattresses that are perfect for kids. The large lanai overlooks the pool and is a perfect spot to relax while your companions enjoy the outdoors. Waipuilani Beach is just two short blocks away, where you can enjoy kayaking, windsurfing and kite boarding lessons. This home is located in central Kihei, is close to many restaurants and grocery stores, but is away from traffic.

The Pool has a salt water purification system which is designed to be a safer, healthier option for consumers.

For your enjoyment, we have bikes, boogie boards, snorkeling equipment, beach chairs and a cooler. You can hop on a bike and ride to restaurants, shops, supermarkets, post offices, banks/ATM, drug stores and beaches.

Starting from $550.00 per night. 30% down to hold a reservation. Balance due 75 days before check-in $800.00 security deposit. $275.00 cleaning fee. 4% processing fee. Holiday and peak season rates and required length of stay may be different than quoted above. Credit cards, cash, checks and wire transfers accepted. Minimum night stay varies amongst the various rental units. Many rentals have 30-night minimums.

We enjoyed Hale Kehei Main, it was central to our activities and thus made our excursions easier to arrange. However there were some things that we would change if we could. The fact that there was an abandoned vechile with a bbq on the hood at the entrance to the driveway an incredibly unsettling welcome. It made us question the neighbourhood. Our property manager was great but the fact that our initial breifing included the info that the house was being sprayed for ants the next day was a bit unsettling. We realize that Hawaii is a tropical locale and that there are critters, but we would have hoped that the spraying would have happened before our arrival as we had 2 children with us. We all really loved the house and the decor is amazing, we can tell that there was some thought put into making us feel the "aloha spirit". The house is well equiped but we would have appreciated glassware instead of the plastic glasses. Our glass of wine on the lanai after a great day at Big Beach could have been more enjoyable with some real stemware.
These things are small issues compared with the great time that we had on Maui. We all agree that Hale Kehei Main is a perfect launching point to see Maui and to enjoy all the wonders that it offers. Thanx to our property manager, Kelli, for being available to us and for directing us to some great beaching and snorkeling spots. We spent our last night at Pizza Madness in Kehei after hearing about it from our Haleakala Bike Tour guide and from hearing about it on the radio and highly recommend this entertaining spot to anyone visiting Kehei. Thank-you for your help in making our vacation to Hawaii, and Maui in particular, an experience that will last a lifetime.
