Hale Lanui is minutes from the Cove Park for surfing and the famous Kamaole Beaches for ocean swimming. You enjoy the quiet of a residential street but can walk easily to restaurants, groceries and the Aloha Market Place. There is a resident manager living in a small cottage on the street side of the home should you need assistance or repairs during your stay.

There is an ocean view from the kitchen, living room, upstairs game room, upstairs master bedroom and upstairs 2nd bedroom. The view is also very good from the upper lanai and the downstairs outdoor dining area off the kitchen.

Hale Lanui is a non-smoking home. There are king size beds in two of the bedroom and long boy twins in the other two bedrooms. All of the beds were replaced in 2005. The entire house was remodeled in 2006. New furniture was purchased at that time and the kitchen has new counter tops and all new appliances, including 2 washers and 2 dryers. This home actually has 4 bedroom, you have your choice of twins or king and we lock off the two bedrooms not needed. The living areas view toward the ocean.

The private backyard has a swimming pool, hot tub Jacuzzi and a water feature. There are lots of chaise lounges and tables and chairs for outdoor dining and lounging. Free tennis courts next door in the park. Upstairs in the game room there is a TV with DVD along with a pool table for those spirited games of competition. The upstairs enjoys a wrap around deck that offers a magnificent view of the ocean. .
