THE LOCATION IS WONDERFUL, GREAT TO WALK ACROSS THE ROAD TO THE BEACH. HAVING ALL THE BEACH TOYS,TOWELS,CHAIRS, SNORKEL SETS AVAILABLE WAS WONDERFUL TOO! THE CONDO WAS VERY COMFORTABLE FOR THE SEVEN OF US, NICE TO COOK OUR OWN MEALS, WE USED THE BBQ FACILITIES ALOT. HAVING A GROUND FLOOR UNIT IS PERFECT, OUT THE LANAI AND ONTO THE GRASS TO PLAY FRISBE OR FOOTBALL. OUR ADULT CHILDREN HAD A BLAST. THE ONLY DOWN SIDE WOULD HAVE TO BE CARPET ON THE FLOORS, THE SAND YOU TRACK IN IS HARD TO KEEP UP WITH, I THINK TILES WOULD MAKE THINGS A LOT EASIER FOR CLEANUP. ALSO THE BATH ENCLOSURES, CURTAINS COULD USE SOME CLEANUP, THE REST OF THE BATHROOMS WERE RENOVATED AND REALLY NICE BUT THE BATHTUBS NEED UPDATING. THANKS AGAIN AND WE WOULD DEFINATELY RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY AND UNIT 10-115.

This beautiful, newly renovated 3 bedroom/2 bath (3rd bedroom closes off with custom frosted glass sliding doors), ocean view ground floor unit is just across the street from spectacular Kamaole III Beach. Ideally located in the Kamaole Sands resort in sunny South Kihei, adjacent to the upscale Wailea Resort, this affordable beach retreat is a great value for budget-conscious larger families or groups of friends traveling together. Close to the beach, but without the road noise (it's 15 units away from the end closest to the road/beach). Kamaole Sands boasts 15 acres of tropical gardens with fish ponds, fountains, and waterfalls. We also have one of the largest pools in Kihei with ample deck space for sun bathing.
Newly remodeled with cherry cabinets and granite counters in the kitchen and both bathrooms. The spacious living area is tastefully furnished with contemporary beach-themed decor.
The entertainment center hosts a 50" flat screen HDTV with digital cable channels as well as DVD player and Nintendo Wii (bring your own games- we have Wii Play and Wii Sports). You have easy access to the outdoors and your private lanai (patio) which has great views of the landscaped courtyard area with fountain and beautiful views of the ocean, as well.

Sleeps up to 7 comfortably- the master and second bedroom both have king beds, and the Den/3rd bedroom has a queen and a twin bed. All bedrooms have high-thread count luxury linens.
Beach access is just across the street from Kamaole Sands (there are no condos on the other side of the road, just Kamaole III Beach Park), and many shops and restaurants are within walking distance. We provide beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, tennis rackets, and cooler for our guests and baby amenities like Pack-n-Play portacrib, high chair/booster chair, and umbrella stroller.
*Please note that this unit has a perfect setup for 2 families (2 couples with up to 4 kids) traveling together or for 3 couples, but it does not work well for 3 families since the Den/3rd bedroom is smaller and less private than the other bedrooms.
*The 3rd bedroom closes off from the living room via sliding frosted glass doors, which still allow some sound and light transmission from the living area.
*Dedicated parking stall for 1 vehicle only. If you have a second car, a pass can be obtained from the front desk allowing you to park in the Visitors Parking area- please note that the Visitors Parking area is on the opposite side of the complex, near the main office. Minivans work great!
