This top-floor oceanfront unit, #629, has great views of the ocean and Haleakala. It is located in a quiet area, yet close to everything! Well equipped and comfortable. Have breakfast and whale watch on your private lanai. Building also has elevators, sauna, your own parking stall. Unit is recently remodeled, fully equipped kitchen, beautiful views, all the amenities you'd expect to enjoy your time in 'paradise'. Relax at the pool or on the beach, walk along the beach, or just sit and enjoy beautiful sunsets, play tennis, volleyball, shuffleboard, practice on the putting green, BBQ, etc.

Kihei offers some of the best beaches on Maui, incredible dining and shopping, lively bars/lounges, skate park, etc. It is a beautiful location, nicely updated unit! Excellent price for top floor, Maui Oceanfront with views!

Starting from $144.00 per night. 30% down to hold a reservation. Balance due 60 days before check-in $100.00 security deposit. $110.00 cleaning fee. 4% processing fee. Holiday and peak season rates and required length of stay may be different than quoted above. Credit cards, cash, checks and wire transfers accepted. Minimum night stay varies amongst the various rental units. Many rentals have 30-night minimums.

Raves:
- Great personal amenaties for customer uses (e.g. beach mats and towels, books, etc.)
- Great view, except for palm tree in the way (even on the 6th floor)
- Bed was very comfortable
- Good water pressure for shower

Rants:
- Room was clean but kind of dingy, could use a good old fashion detailing, especially around corners, moulding, shower
- Toilet keep running, needs to be permanently fixed so as to not waste water
- Garage disposal should be fixed
- Narrow, assigned parking slots so always was right next to another car or two when other slots were available

Overall:
- I'd recommend it to family/friends

I liked - The layout and the funshings, comfortable and air conditioned for the few times it was needed
customer service - very good, very helpful and polite and when I would call, they were always upbeat and wanted me to be happy

No restaurants - brought our own food

telling friends - weather, sunsets, and beaches
Enjoy and leave more consumables than you use (bags, foil, etc)
Best tip - Bring your own precooked food frozen in a cooler. We did and only spent 100.00 dining out. Of course you would have to get consumables that don't travel well locally (8.00 a gallon milk, 3.00 eggs, etc.)
Didn't have time - should have made time to snorkel north of Lahina, beautiful
Laundry room very handy

Assigned parking and we had cars that didn't move on both sides of our spot
Fisrt floor residents have 0 privacy on they Lanai and have to look at parked cars
Garbage disposal not funtional
