Located in a quiet neighborhood two blocks from the South Kihei Road, this owner-built treehouse cottage is beautifully appointed. The cathedral ceilings and bay style window seats give it a spacious feel. The fully insulated roof keeps the cottage cool and so does the monkey pod tree that provides shade year round. The full service kitchen is spacious. The oversize walk-in shower has a built in window for mountain viewing pleasure. The spacious bedroom has a California king deluxe mattress, and two picture windows for viewing Haleakala Mountain. There is also a ceiling fan, air conditioning and television. The large lanai beckons guests to sit and relax, and enjoy the lovely views, and garden scene. Your personal propane grill allows you to enjoy fresh island fare right at your newly found "home". The Kihei treehouse cottage location is perfect for guests who prefer to be close to the beaches, shopping, restaurants, movie theater, nightclubs, tennis, basketball, skate park, and surfing water park. All of these destinations are within walking distance. Does a romantic picnic appeal to you? Beach chairs, cooler, beach mats, and towels are provided.
Owners of the Treehouse are conveniently located on property to assist in any way they can, which may be to provide you with complete privacy, or offer suggestions depending on what type of activities you would like to engage in.

Starting from $100.00 per night. 30% down to hold a reservation. Balance due 30 days before check-in $300.00 security deposit. 4% processing fee. Holiday and peak season rates and required length of stay may be different than quoted above. Credit cards, cash, checks and wire transfers accepted. Minimum night stay varies amongst the various rental units. Many rentals have 30-night minimums.

The unit was "better" than advertised which is always a plus. Location was great. Owners, Pam and Juan, were unseen but easily available and provided us with a couple of necessary info bits that were done in as unobtrusive manner as possible. Just super folks and a fantastic home on Maui for our week - we would ask for it again or refer it to people that would appreciate the setting. Some people need hotel rooms and a more tourist oriented spot - for those that want to live in a home setting, be "at home" feeling wise in a day and truly relax, the Kihei Treehouse is it thanks

There were many good things about the unit my husband and I rented, but I would have to say that my favorite thing was the huge shower. I recieved excellent customer service both over the phone while trying to book and once we arrived at the unit. The owner was on hand to answer any questions and to help insure we got settled comfortably. I really liked this personal touch. There were many wonderful things about our trip. For example the sunsets were, of course spectacular. But as far as the treehouse is concerened, it was wonderful to be able to come back to a place that made me feel at home and the bed was comfortable as well. Also, the location of the treehouse to shopping, beach, and restaurants was great. We never had to go too far unless we wanted to drive further. I am looking foreward to sharing photos and memories of my trip with friends. My advice to anyone else staying at the treehouse would be to take time out to ask Pam for a tour of her organic fruit, vegetable, and herb garden. All in all I would say that our stay at the Kihei Treehouse Cottage was a very positive experience and I reccomend it to anyone that is looking to stay at a wonderful, beautifully decorated place, with great amenities, at a very reasonable price.
