| The Koa Resort is a small quiet complex of 54 units. It sits on 5.7 acres of beautiful lush tropical landscaped grounds. We are located across from over 6 miles of one of the most beautiful beaches in on Maui. Being on the leeward side of the island, provides warn dry days and cool evenings with intoxicating trade winds from the Northeast. The complex features a beautiful large heated pool, 2 tennis courts, putting green & shuffle board. There is a large covered cabana complete with a ping pong table, games & books for you to enjoy. There is also a golf cart for you to use help with your luggage and groceries (the key is in the units)
This town home has 3bedrooms, 2 baths. It has central air, ceiling fans in every room. There is a King bed in the master, 1 queen bed and 2 twins. We also have a sleeper sofa in the living, folding mattresses and for children there is a port-a-play pen, booster chair and stroller.
Our kitchen is equipped with everything you might need. We also have hair dryers in every bathroom, beach towels, beach chairs and boogie boards. Our units have t.v.s in most rooms, free long distance phone calls to the U.S. and Canada and wireless internet.
Each unit has its own washer and dryer. You can relax on the lanai after a long day of sightseeing overlooking the pool and grounds.
