Minimum night stay varies amongst the various rental units. Many rentals have 30-night minimums.

Everything we needed was there for us. We enjoyed ourselves very much. The kitchen had everything we needed. Air conditioning would have made it a little better or more fans. Also, not enough trash bags for the amount of time we were there.
