Unit was all upgraded and a perfect location (beach directly across the street, walking distance to all local shops/restaurants). The condo had all the amenities you would need for a great vacation (beach chairs, boogie boards, etc.). Unit was very clean upon arrival. Only suggestion to the owner would be to purchase a new dryer (it took multiple drying cycles for each wash load).

Starting from $199.00 per night. 50% down to hold a reservation. Balance due 60 days before check-in. $125.00 cleaning fee. 4% processing fee. Listed rates do not include tax. Holiday and peak season rates and required length of stay may be different than quoted above. Credit cards, cash, checks and wire transfers accepted. Minimum night stay varies amongst the various rental units. Many rentals have 30-night minimums.
Reviews
The dishes and cuttlery had to be washed before use, floors bathroom was not 100% clean. Mattress on the pullout very uncomfortable. Suggest supply a blanket for the pullout. Location was very good, building nice and quiet. Overall we enjoied our stay. Thank you. Larry.

Thank you for your comments- we have since switched cleaning services and installed a new pullout sofa and provide lots of extra linens and blankets. We've also put in a new luxury pillowtop king bed and new full capacity front loading washer and dryer.
