Our vacation condo is located in South Kihei, across the street from Charlie Young/Kamaole I beach that is a gorgeous white sand beach. It is perfect for swimming, snorkeling, or just relaxing.
Our unit is quiet and private, one of the best in the Maui Vista complex. Its in the 2nd building, so its away from the traffic of Kihei Road, yet still very close to the beach. This ground floor unit is easily accessible without having to use stairs/elevators, yet it is also private since its an end unit.
Maui has been voted #1 island in the world, the 11th year now, and Kihei is conveniently located 12 miles from the airport, on the sunniest side of the island, within minutes to fantastic beaches, shopping and restaurants. Hotels in the area average between $200-$400 per night, but you can enjoy the comfort of our condo for a lot less.
Maui Vista has 3 pools, 6 tennis courts, and BBQ facilities on beautifully landscaped grounds. Our condo features a lanai, living/dining area, plus full kitchen. It is perfect for 2 people, however can sleep up to 4.
Local markets, restaurants, parks and shops are just a short walk, and we are also only a few miles from exclusive Wailea resorts, famous for golf and shopping.
We have been coming to Maui for more than 20 years, love it because it offers the best of all the Hawaiian islands. Dont miss the road to Hana with the beautiful tropical rain forests and waterfalls, or a bike trip down Haleakala crater from 10,000 feet to sea level. We also love snorkeling at Molokini, or taking a whale watch boat. Make sure to visit the shops and art galleries on Front street in Lahaina.
On a typical day in our condo youll wake up to the tropical birds in the garden, enjoy some delicious Hawaiian coffee and fresh local fruit on the lanai, while you plan the day. Its hard to decide...play a set of tennis, or walk across the street for an early swim, or maybe start out with a round of golf at Wailea.. Or maybe just relax by the pool.

Starting from $135.00 per night. 30% down to hold a reservation. Balance due 60 days before check-in. $200.00 security deposit. $75.00 cleaning fee. 4% processing fee. Listed rates do not include tax. Holiday and peak season rates and required length of stay may be different than quoted above. Credit cards, cash, checks and wire transfers accepted. Minimum night stay varies amongst the various rental units. Many rentals have 30-night minimums.
