This was our second trip to Maui and it was amazing. The rental had everything we needed, was cozy and very quiet. We really enjoyed our stay. Can't wait until our next vist. There were so many great fun and exciting things we did on the island. One of the top was renting a Harley for the day. The comfy Simmons queen bed is nestled behind a rattan screen. The full upholstered sofa pulls out into a queen bed. The Hawaiiana T. V. Armoire is loaded with a 34" flat screen T. V. , cable package, DVD/VCR player, books and CDs. The high speed connection is ready to plug in to your laptop with free, unlimited use! We also just installed in June, '07 a new, larger air conditioning unit for your comfort. There is even a boom box to take to the beach! Also beach towels, beach bag, cooler and ice-packs and other goodies to make life comfortable.
So things don't get too serious, we have tucked away several whimsical monkey's throughout the condo - See How Many You Can Find? The large silk banana tree and tropical orchid arrangements add a splash of color. Even if you plan to cook on vacation you'll be glad to have all the conveniences of a brand new sleek black kitchen at your finger tips. This includes; granite counter tops, electric oven with flat cook top,
dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, Refrigerator, ice maker.
For a romantic dinner the dinette area is backed by a lush tropical seascape mural or you can hang out on the private lanai and make your own tropical libations at the fun mini tiki bar (blender included. )
The bathroom is decorated with a wild banana leaf wallpaper. It has a tub/shower combo with a single sink, commode and a separate vanity area. Don't pack the hair dyer, because we have a good one for you, as well as plenty of bath and beach towels.
Other Amenities at Kihei Bay Surf property includes a large pool with BBQ area, hot tub, tennis court, laundry facilities, free parking. We have tennis rackets and balls ready for you!

Starting from $98.00 per night. 30% down to hold a reservation. Balance due 60 days before check-in. $100.00 security deposit. $75.00 cleaning fee. 4% processing fee. Listed rates do not include tax. Holiday and peak season rates and required length of stay may be different than quoted above. Credit cards, cash, checks and wire transfers accepted. Minimum night stay varies amongst the various rental units. Many rentals have 30-night minimums.
Reviews
The Monkey Business condo itself was playfully unique, sweet, well equipped and very conveniently located. The main benefit to staying here, however, was Marina's graciousness during the March 11th tsunami. Marina invited us up to her house (on higher ground) and accommodated us overnight during the tsunami warning period. This is a kindness that we will never forget. We will gladly recommend Monkey Business to our friends, and will be happy to come back on our next visit to Maui. Thank you so much!

The best part about this condo was the price! It was well decorated and a cozy place to stay. We spent little time in the condo and didnt use any of the extras (pool, tennis, bbq). The deposit taking 2 months to get back seems a little excessive. The condo is close to everything (beaches, stores, shops, everything).
