The view and privacy were wonderful. We had some beautiful photo ops with the sunsets. It was nice to have so many lounge chairs and chaises. There were beach towels and hair driers, so I am sorry I used packing space to bring mine. There are some difficutlies with the vertical blinds, the master bath toilet and shower. The microwave needs some instructions to follow. Although updated from original the kitchen is a bit outdated. The hammock is no longer there. I am sorry that there was not sandy beach right in front of the house, but getting to the sandy beach down the road was easy.

The remaining bedrooms have 1 King, 1 Queen, and 2 Twin sized beds. The kitchen comes fully equiped with all your cooking needs. The living room is divided into a TV area and lounge area with a view of the ocean. The TV area has large comfortable couches, a stereo, and a DVD player. The dining area also has ocean views. The pool is perfect for a refreshing dip or lounging in the sun. There is a live in caretaker on site in a separate cottage.
Rates: Low season 4/16 - 12/15 $650/night plus tax; High season $850/night plus tax; 12/16 - 1/15 Christmas Season (14 night minimum) $1000/night plus 13. 42% tax. .

Reviews
The only problem we encountered was some problem with a couple of fans, and the showers leaked on to the rugs. The fans were promptly addressed. Everything else was great, and Mike was very helpful on places to go and see.
