Sugar Beach Resort is a tranquil beachfront condominium resort located in North Kihei offering sweeping views of the Pacific. There are two six story buildings with elevators and the beach fronting the property is exceptional for sunsets, swimming, windsurfing, long relaxing beach walks and spectacular seasonal whale watching. Sugar Beach Resort offers central air conditioning, a large pool area with Jacuzzi and a children's wading pool, oceanfront gas barbeques, two tennis courts, convenience store, sandwich shop, bar and free on site parking. The interiors include fully equipped kitchens, washers & dryers, cable television, free local phone service, private lanais and luxury linens.

Starting from $195.00 per night. 50% down to hold a reservation. Balance due 60 days before check-in Additional Fees: $30.00 for Res. Fees. 4% processing fee. Holiday and peak season rates and required length of stay may be different than quoted above. Credit cards, cash, checks and wire transfers accepted. Minimum night stay varies amongst the various rental units. Many rentals have 30-night minimums.

The view and location were nice. The room was quiet and private but it was run down and smelled very musty. Signs of mold were evident. We were much more comfortable in the 2nd room we were moved to. Sugar Beach as a whole was very nice.
