We rented both units 1 &2 and found them to be very well done. We had no problems and the houses were exactly what I had hoped for.......very well supplied with all the necessities and many up grades not normally found in rentals anywhere. The only down side was not being able to sleep with the doors open to hear the waves but that was a minor disappointment. The night we arrived, tired and hungry, Mimi recommended an italian restaurant just a few blocks from the house that was excellent. The thing I would recommend to others about these rentals is to go...ENJOY.....because they were super. We recieved excellent service from everyone in regards to these rentals from the booking to the checkout.

All four villas have fine linens, state of the art high-end appliances, custom cabinetry, granite counters in kitchens, sumptuous baths, central air conditioning, laundry room, access to the Villas heated salt-water swimming pool and poolside BBQ, wireless internet, and of course the magnificence of walking right out onto the beach for a morning swim or a few mile walk in the sand. All our showers have the latest multiple massage shower heads, and sterio spray nozzles!
Villas 1 and 2 have complete 180 degree beachfront ocean view, with glass doors that bifold completely open to enable you to be embraced by Maui's indoor/outdoor living, and refreshed by the ocean breeze and shimmering palms on the lawn. more »
The Master suites in Villas 1 and 2 are direct beachfront with sumptuous baths, beachfront patios and gourmet kitchens.
Villas 3 and 4 are two-story with fabulous 6-foot wide staircase, spectacular partial ocean views, gourmet kitchen, and both an upstairs patio/lanai and a downstairs patio/lanai into a fenced and gated garden/play area for children. Villas 3 and 4 also have both a living room and additional family room/media room, as well as 3 and 1/2 baths.
The Villas are within walking distance of a grocery store, gourmet deli, wine and cheese shop, eclectic international restaurants and other activities. We include concierge check-in and information to assist you with beaches, farmers markets, upcountry off-the-beaten path places and restaurants to fit your taste.

Starting from $995.00 per night. 50% down to hold a reservation. Balance due 75 days before check-in. $500.00 security deposit. $350.00 cleaning fee. 4% processing fee. Listed rates do not include tax. Holiday and peak season rates and required length of stay may be different than quoted above. Credit cards, cash, checks and wire transfers accepted. Minimum night stay varies amongst the various rental units. Many rentals have 30-night minimums.
