LOVED THE RENTAL BUT THE ROAD NOISE WILL PREVENT US FROM USING THIS LOCATION AGAIN. THANKS WE HAD A GREAT TIME.......MICHAEL SMIYH

Leinaala 205

The unit was always cool....wonderful breeze through the lanai.... Customer service was great and helpful . The luau, at Old Lahaina was a trip topper !! We felt like we were coming home, each time we entered the unit. Totally recommend this unit, and building to anyone, looking for relaxation, and a good spot, away from resorts.

Monica D., Milton, Ontario, 5.11.09

Kamaole Sands 3BR Penthouse

We all had a great time. I was a bit surprised that the condo was a part of such a large group of buildings, generally I prefer a smaller location with fewer people. But the grounds were beautiful and the barbeques were nice. I never used the pool becuase I rather be at a location with fewer people and the beach had good access. The work out area was not desirable. The building it self needed work I thought. The elevator smelled like strong terrible perfume..almost couldn't stand it. The condo unit itslef was nice...again for the cost would like to have seen even more upgrades. But the view was nice and the size was good enough for 6 people. The customer service I received from Misty (the individula who rented us the unit) was great..she was helpful and gave us options and advice. The front desk was not professional and not friendly..probably becuase the staff was busy with line ups all the time.

Kauhale Makai-Village By the Sea

Raves: - Great personal amenaties for customer uses (e.g. beach mats and towels, books, etc.) - Great view, except for palm tree in the way (even on the 6th floor) - Bed was very comfortable - Good water pressure for shower Rants: - Room was clean but kind of dingy, could use a good old fashion detailing, especially around corners, moulding, shower - Toilet keep running, needs to be permanently fixed so as to not waste water - Garage disposal should be fixed - Narrow, assigned parking slots so always was right next to another car or two when other slots were available Overall: - I'd recommend it to family/friends

Maui Banyan A Studio

WE loved the location. We will upgrade to a one bedroom next time due to small fridge but overall everthing was excellent - beyond our expectations.

Terry 9., Langley, BC, 4.22.09

Maui Sunset 117A

I really liked how a security man met us at the office at midnight and helped us get the key and find our room. it was comforting to have his presence as we were a Mom travelling solo with her two children. Also, loved the grounds, the other guests were super friendly too. On a bad note, I was bitten on the leg by an unleashed terrier-like dog and left with a large bruise and 4 puncture marks. The owner apologized and put the dog on its leash after the attack, but i saw the same dog unleashed about twenty minutes later on the grounds in front of the Maui Sunset.

Jennifer R., West Vancouver, British Columbia, 3.23.09

Maui Banyan T Studio

The studio condo was clean - adorable and in a great location! I also loved the compelx itself. The condo owner was more than accomodating when I called her last minute about extending our stay since we had a late departing time for our flght ( I apologize for that!). Renting that condo was one of the best decisions of our trip!

The customer service was great at every level!

The best part of my trip was the snorkeing excursion to Lanai AND how easy it was to get around the island and find everything we were interested in seeing/doing. The Maui locals that we encountered were extremely friendly and helpful!

We found a number of great restaurants - but we loved Kimo's in Lahina and Fred's Mexican Cafe in Kihei.

The best tip I'd share with another traveler would be to stay at this condo complex - reasonable rates, great comples, great location and the beach across the complex is so sunny and calm that when surf at the ones farther north gets rough, you can always rely on the beaches in South Kihei. The location turned out to be perfect!

Gabrielle B., Marland Heights, MO, 3.12.09

Maui Sunset 421A

What I liked best about the unit I rented was how clean it was and the view from our condo was amazing!!!

Karli K., Calgary, Alberta, 3.12.09

Hale Kihei

What we liked best about the unit was its view and easy access to the beach. As always, the rental process was a breeze. Our most exciting days were spent driving the back roads from Hana and Lahaina, and taking in all of the wonderful views that can be seen from the cliffs. The best restaurant for local food is definitely Da Kitchen which is right on Kihei Road and attracts many interesting local characters who were fun to talk to and socialize with. My advice to anyone staying at Hale Kihei is to take advantage of the wonderful lanai and the sound of the crashing waves that can be heard from anywhere in the house (except the front bedroom).

Christina S., Brea, CA, 2.25.09

Seaside Tranquility

The view and privacy were wonderful. We had some beautiful photo ops with the sunsets. It was nice to have so many lounge chairs and chaises. There were beach towels and hair driers, so I am sorry I used packing space to bring mine. There are some difficutlies with the vertical blinds, the master bath toilet and shower. The microwave needs some instructions to follow. Although updated from original the kitchen is a bit outdated. The hammock is no longer there. I am sorry that there was not sandy beach right in front of the house, but getting to the sandy beach down the road was easy.

Suzanne S., Powell Butte, OR, 2.23.09

Ma'alaea Surf E5

(1) The unit was clean and had a wonderful view of the ocean and the sunset. (2) The customer service was very good. (3) Snorkeling at various spots around the island was wonderful. (4) The best restaurant I found was Mama's Fish House, excellent food, drinks and ambiance. (5) The best tip I got was spending an afternoon at the Grand Wailea Spa, one of the best spa treatments I have ever experienced. (6) Dinner at Sansei's in Kihei was also fun.

Les and Geri F., Elk Grove, CA, 2.8.09

Maui Sunset 105A

-I really liked that it was a ground floor unit and we could just walk straight out to the BBQ's. -The customer service on the first day wasn't great when I arrived, but the day before we checked out the customer service was great -I don't know if I could pick a best part, I enjoyed many different things for different reasons. I did really enjoy the location of the Maui Sunset. It was really central, not far from the airport and also close the Waliea and Makena -The best picture I took was on our last night at sunset on the ocean at the condo -My advice to someone staying at the unit would be bring laundry soap and extra towels -The part of my trip I would recommend to someone else is the Road to Hana and an insider tip would be to book a hotel in Hana so you can enjoy everything there. Making Hana a day trip is not enough -I didn't have time on this trip but I would love to come back and go surfing

Maui Banyan A 1 BR

The dishes and cuttlery had to be washed before use, floors bathroom was not 100% clean. Mattress on the pullout very uncomfortable. Suggest supply a blanket for the pullout. Location was very good, building nice and quiet. Overall we enjoied our stay. Thank you. Larry.

Kihei Treehouse Cottage

We enjoyed being in a neighborhood and not being in a high rise with lots of other people. We enjoyed the privacy, the birds, and the beautiful trees, vegetation surrounding us.

Everything imagineable was included with the unit. Great location too.

Brian M., Los Angeles, California, 11.25.08

Menehune Shores 320

We loved the sound of the ocean. Be sure to take the road to Hana and use the CD that is in the unit to guide you. Next time we will plan to have our dinner on the roof the view from up there was fantastic! Be sure to clarify the code to get in to the unit prior to getting there. the one we received was incorrect so we stood at the door until getting a call back with the correct code. Air conditioning is a must in the afternoon. If this unit is availble next time we would love to stay there again. Mahlo!

Gerri M., Yakima, WA, 11.3.08

This was the best place we stayed in Hawaii. service was excellent. Sany was very helpful. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends.

Keerti S., Bartlett, Illinois, 11.1.08

Kamaole Sands 3BR Penthouse

This rental was fantastic and exceeded our expectations. It was very large and accommodated our two families well. We found the rental easily and were welcomed by a basket of goodies. Each of our kids received a welcome basket with a towel, treats, necklace and turtle bowl! The kids loved it. The condo was beautifully decorated. Two things we felt were missing--a pitcher for juice (there is now one there since we bought it and left it) and coasters. We were always afraid to make cup rings. The view is beautiful of the courtyard and very quiet beyond the birds at 5:30am. A cooler, 5 beach chairs, boogie boards, 2 umbrellas, beach mats etc were provided for use. This unit has no air conditioning, it got very warm and muggy at times. There are 4 fans but it is miserable after coming in from being out and about. The upstairs bedroom has no windows and due to heat rising it was very warm in the evening and could be hard for some folks. The temps on our trip in October ran about 84-89 all week but no rain. The beach is only a few minute walk downstairs. This beah was alot of fun and the kids loved the boogie boarding. We used the pool once, the kids had to be very mellow, no water toys, and no jumping in the water so it was a bit of a downer. We did not use the internet cafe, there is someone in the area with wireless so we were able to link in. We would not use it for personal info because it is not secure! One tip, bring slippers to walk around in, all floors are tile, and with dirt and sand will get your feet to feel yucky! We would definately rent this condo again in a heart beat, hopefully it will be available the next time we come to Maui--which will be soon! adding an air conditioning unit in the downstairs bedroom may help some renter who are more sensative to the heat.

Kauhale Makai-Village By the Sea

I liked - The layout and the funshings, comfortable and air conditioned for the few times it was needed customer service - very good, very helpful and polite and when I would call, they were always upbeat and wanted me to be happy Beat part of the trip Shopping in old Lahina town No restaurants - brought our own food Best picture - flowers telling friends - weather, sunsets, and beaches Enjoy and leave more consumables than you use (bags, foil, etc) Best tip - Bring your own precooked food frozen in a cooler. We did and only spent 100.00 dining out. Of course you would have to get consumables that don't travel well locally (8.00 a gallon milk, 3.00 eggs, etc.) Didn't have time - should have made time to snorkel north of Lahina, beautiful Laundry room very handy Negitives Assigned parking and we had cars that didn't move on both sides of our spot Fisrt floor residents have 0 privacy on they Lanai and have to look at parked cars Garbage disposal not funtional

My Waii Beach Cottage

We thought we had won the lottery when we arrived to find this gorgeous little cottage with all the facilities you need to be completely self contained yet relaxed and pampered on holiday. The beach and views and location were outstanding. We would highly recommend this property to any couple looking for a secluded, peaceful holiday. If we return to Maui we will definitely want to stay there - best property on the island in our opinion. Thanks again. Regards Diana and David Bagley, Mount Maunganui, New Zealand.

David B., Tauranga, Bay of Plenty, 8.14.08

Menehune Shores 320

The actual unit was very nice - decorated well, lots of extras eg. cooler, beach towels, beach chairs, etc. We did have quite a problem accessing the unit. We were emailed a code fore the "key box" but it would not work. We called the numbers we were given and did not receive a call back for 2 days. Luckily, "Nick" the assistant manager of Menehue Shores, saw us and used his pass key to let us into our unit. There was a full set of keys on the counter so we at least had a place to stay. We did book air conditioning and the remote units to turn it on were no where to be found. There was another "key box" that said "A/C" but the code we had did not work for that box either. There also seemed to be quite a bit of noise, especially on the parking lot side of the unit. S. Kehei Road has lots of traffic all day and night. The other side of the unit had a nice ocean view and we loved hearing the waves slap the beach. We did enjoy our trips to Big Beach and the lava fields.

Debbie B., Franklin, IN, 7.17.08

Menehune Shores 320

We liked the view from the unit (320) and the ammenities were nice, and we had a great time. There seeme to be something wrong with the water presure in the gest bath shower, perhaps it was just a poor style of shower head, but we were unable to use that shower. It was unfortunate that wrk was being done, but the workers were custeous, and we were able to move arouns them as needed.

Johnathan H., Orange, CA, 6.29.08

Aloha We all had a great time in Hawaii. The appartment was great. The best was the big balcony overlooking the ocean. We sat there every night after Dinner for a couple of drinks. I wish though that the beach at the complex was a little nicer. They cleaned up the beach every morning but the water is not clear and not very inviting. But it is a very small negative as there are so many beautiful beaches in Maui. My friend got married and I have to say it was the most beautiful wedding I ever attended. 8 am in the morning, the beach all to ourself and the most beautiful surroundings you can wish for a wedding. If I ever ...... The best Restaurant we found was in the Wailea Beach resort at Wailea. It was called Humpalumpasomething. A long name it is. Can't remember. It is built like a classy Tikki Bar on top of a saltwater pool right next to the ocean. It has a waterfall and a couple of aquariums. And the fresh fish is niiiiiiiiiiiice. Take the time to drive around the island. Don't just hang around where you stay. The north shore and the road to Hana are amazing. A must do. And of course the Haleakala in the morning. DO IT. The best insider tip I got is about gorcery shopping. Go to Safeway and ask for their membership card. You safe about 1/3 on your shopping. This will leave you with more money to go diving and do all the fun stuff. Thanks to everyone at Hawaiian Beach rental. They answered all my questions and were very helpful. They rock. Mahalo plenty and I hope I will be in Maui again soon. Seppe

Hale Lele Villa

We loved the pool area and being so close to the beach. We also appreciated a dining room that seated 12. That's exactly how many people we had and it was great having everyone around the table! Scarlett was very helpful as well. There were lots of supplies and the "welcome" goodie basket was great. We miss the pineapples in the morning! The customer service was great. The best part of the trip was having all of our immediate family together for a week in such a beautiful home. The best restaurant we found was the Waterfront Restaurant in Maalea. It is tucked away in a condo and we really found the food and the setting wonderful. We also went with the whole family to the Old Lahaina Luau - although we have been a couple of times before it is always worth visiting again. The best picture we have is all of us at the Luau. My advice to someone staying at this unit would be that although the house is lovely there is no direct access to the pool from the house unless it through a bedroom or the lower unit (or if you go outside and walk around). The part of my (our) trip I would recommend is the bike ride down from the crater. We had some family members do this and they loved it! Be prepared - you have to be up and about at 2:00 a.m.! Also snorkeling off the beach by the house was great! Better than the snorkeling trip we paid for. The Pineapple Plantation was also fun. We learned how to open coconuts which was fascinating for the children - they came home and did a coconut opening for "sharing" at school. I'm not sure we received any insider tips on this trip as we have been to the island a number of times but Scarlett was most helpful when our grandson needed a trip to the emergency room (nothing serious). We wouldn't have known where to go if not for her. All in all, it was a wonderful time in a house that accommodated us all very nicely. A trip our family will always fondly remember.

too much to say about my stay in hawaii, it was FANTASTIC!!! the accomadations were awesome, you guys really thought of a lot.. the only somewhat bad thing to say is that the drive up made me think what did i get myself into, but after walking through the door that all went away.. i would definitly reccomend this to any couple without kids or someone looking for a little adventure in maui...

Jessica B., Boise, Idaho, 5.26.08

Menehune Shores 320

The unit was very good. It was more than we expected being close to the ocean & the view was great! We loved the roof-top BBQ & view from there too. We did have some issues with some of the people there though. There were several occassions where they were very rude to us & our children. In one case, my children were waiting to come up to the unit on the elevator & I witnessed a couple telling them they could not get on the elevator with them. I think the people there forgot what it was like to be a 10 yr old. My children are not loud or disrepectful & there was no reason for that behaivor. That was hard to explain to them why an adult would do something like that. I probably would not rent here again with my kids because of that. It was like back in the days of slavery & the way the black people were treated. Bad enough I had to mention it. Sheila Freiberg

Kamaole Sands 3BR Penthouse

We had a wonderful time! The condo was very nicely furnished and had everything that we needed, right down to a bucket and shovels for my son. We fit 7 adults and one toddler for a whole week, and felt that we had plenty of space. The view of the ocean and property grounds was gorgeous and made our stay even better. The location was great too, just a quick walk to a wonderful sandy beach and local restaurants. We couldn't have been more pleased with our accomodations.

Hale Kihei

The house I rented was very spacious. The bathroom near the entrance door is too dark - lighting has to be upgraded and needs to be much brighter. Cannot put on your makeup. The other bathroom has ants. The wrap around deck is beautiful. Need to have some clean lounge chairs to sun in the back yard. Otherwise, house is very open and spacious. Lots of room in the kitchen.

Rasheeda S., West Islip, NY, 4.3.08

Maui Banyan A Studio

Best about unit -- As advertised, clean, well stocked. Good service available from pleasant owner. Fine location to beaches, across street, also a mile or less from variety of restaurants and bars/dancing. Customer should be advised there are a dozen steps required to get to unit, not a problem for me, but for someone with heavy large bags or handicap could be.

Fredrick S., New York, NY, 4.2.08

Menehune Shores 320

The view from the lanai was spectacular and the condo neat, tidy and well maintained. It had more natural Hawaii feel than the large hotels and condos in Wailea. The beach was quiet and the water amazingly warm...good for swimming but not snorkling. The back bedroom was too warm at night...but this was the only negative criticism we had. Thanks for taking good care of us. Jackie Odell and family

The unit was very clean, and in an ideal location, close to restaurants and beaches. Thank you for making this a wonderful vacation.

Sherveen S., Saratoga, California, 3.25.08

Koa Lagoon 203

We really liked the view. Saw many whales from the balcony. We went all over the island and played some golf at Pukalani CC. My advice to you all is to do something about the shower curtain. When you would take a shower, the force of the shower water would suck the curtain, even with magnets, off the tub wall. You need a heavier curtain and stronger magnets. Everything else was fine and we really enjoyed our trip. Thank you, Ken

Ken or Sharon R., Humble, TX, 3.22.08

Hale Kihei

We loved the Hale Kihei house! The short walk to the beach was perfect - the best part! The beach behind the house was a huge sandy beach with rocks to one side and our two year old loved it! We walked on the beach nearly every morning before breakfast! The house itself was the perfect size for five of us. Everything was in working condition and well maintained. We used the kitchen for most every meal and found it had nearly everything we needed. The house is right on Kihei Road, so you do hear traffic at night, but the noises blend with the sound of the ocean waves. Also, the lighting in the front bathroom was not very bright. The house was within walking distance to a snorkel rental place, ice cream cones and restaurants. From the beach, we could see Molokini, whales swimming, turtles 20 feet from shore and surfers. The house was nearly perfect!

If you go snorkeling, we suggest Makena State Park, south of Wailea. There is a great entry in a rocky area that has great reefs and tons of fish. We were also told turtles if you go early enough in the morning. We drove the road to Hana also. Only go if you enjoy driving on winding roads with no guardrail in places and quite a few places where it is a single lane and hard-to-see-around corners. Two of us got carsick that normally don't. Overall, our trip was great! We live where it is cold and snowy, so it was very hard to come home. Hawaii is a tourists paradise! Thanks for the great hospitality at Hale Kihei.

Skye W., Everson, WA, 3.16.08

Menehune Shores 320

This was a great rental with a wonderful view. We liked that it was right on the beach but also just far enough from the main center of Kihei that the beach was not to be too busy as well. We did have a problem with the kitchen sink clogging but the people caring for the condo did all they could to fix it quickly and it didn't impede on us enjoying our trip. Well equipped and clean, we would surely rent this unit again. We loved the sunrise on Haleakala definitely worth getting up early, we left the unit at 4 am and got there with plenty of time. The Road to Hana was an adventure, I would recommend leaving early though in order to enjoy it all. Also the Luau at the Marriott was great, the dancers were awesome. It was a wonderful trip!!!

Kristy F., Calgary, Alberta, 3.16.08

Hale Kihei

The location and setting of the unit was excellent. Nice yard, right by the beach and nice view on that great lanai. The downside of the unit was the various little things that needed fixing. The master bedroom slider was barely operable, kitchen screen door had issues, and so on. For security, the 2nd bedroom exterior door should have a key for the bolt lock, or install one that can be locked manually. We didnt like that door being there with our kids sleeping in the room. Another small but annoying thing was that there was no working remote control for the TV. I understand your statement about ants on the island but I can't say I enjoyed the MAJOR ant problem in the master bath.
If not for these little things adding up it would get 4 or maybe even 5 stars. We did have a great time and loved the roominess and privacy of the house.
Customer service was good. When the phones didnt work, they were replaced promptly. Communication before the trip was great too.
Best lunch was Da Kitchen. Best dinner was Royal Thai.
Tip: Surfing Goat Farm was a ripoff.

Thanks All.

Relax in Paradise

Relax in Paradise is a wonderful place! The home was beautiful, much better than the pictures. Our hostess, Robin was extremely helpful and made us feel welcome and comfortable. The house is located just a short walk from the beach, this made it easy to enjoy the ocean during the day and walk back to watch the sunset in the evening. Relax in Paradise has everything needed including beach chairs, beach towels and boogie boards. We also enjoyed the ping pong table and hot tub at night. The location is great, the house was perfect and the hospitality was unbeatable. I would highly recommend this house as a rental.

Kihei Beach 608

The best thing I liked about the unit was the view. Customer service is excellent. The best part of the trip was the scuba diving. The best part of the trip also is the sun, sand and surf. I recommend this rental to all, and we will be back.... Carpets could have been cleaner, and the grout needs to be cleaned, more detailed cleaning for higher rating...

The view was excellant and the whales were awsome. Freds was a good restaurant and also Mai Tai in Lahaina. We didn't take many pictures as this was our third time in Maui. One thing we liked about Kehie is that it is not as windy as some other beaches. Shop around for food, water ect. The prices can very and you could pay alot more on some items than uou need to. All in all this was a great trip and we will be back next year.

My Waii Beach Cottage

We enjoyed everything MyWaii had to offer...the privacy, spacious & comfortable accomodations, the VIEW, convenient walk to stores, the beach, etc. We were fortunate to meet the gracious owners who were next door in the main house during our visit. The best part was waking up to the sound of birds and the ocena, pouring a cup of coffee and walking outside to watch whales and surfers from our porch! I also enjoyed reading decades of log books written by others who have stayed in this magical cottage by the sea! Great stories! My advice to others staying in this unit would be to pack lightly - everything you need is provided or easily obtainable. Excellent sushi can be bought at the grocery store down the street. Next time we come to My Waii we are looking forward to taking a snorkling trip to Molikini. Thank you very much - we hope to be back soon! Tha Bradford family from Chico, CA.

Kauhale Makai-Village By the Sea

What I liked about the unit was that the unit has a collection of beach-fun articles, such as: straw mat, bucket, shovel, etc. Although unused by us, it was a friendly gesture that would have provided convenience to the guests' stay. This friendliness was greatly appreciated. Some suggestions for improvements: a. The dining table top had some circular marks that appeared to have been there due to previous guests' wet glasses. I would suggest that those marks be somehow cleaned to improve the unit appearance. b. We found the fold-out queen bed uncomfortable. Instead of sleeping on the bed, we slept on the couch. My 11-old child slept on the floor on the couch cushions. It worked for us, but, a little awkward.

Hale Kihei

Hale Kihei was a great house for a family of 5. The 2 bedrooms are modest size, but lots of room in the living area and kitchen. There was plentiful comfortable seating for the whole family to sit around either inside or outside while enjoying the evenings. We enjoyed a leisurely paced week on Maui. We did just one tourist adventure each day and tried to be back to the house by mid to late afternoon so that we could enjoy a few hours on the nearby beach. The walk to the beach is just 30 yards or so along the side of the house in front of this one to a public sidewalk and steps that take you down to the beach. It is very convenient. After swimming, the house has an outside shower and hose to get the sand off before going inside. The Lanai (us mainlanders would call this a deck) is mostly covered. We enjoyed time here in the cool of the morning while eating breakfast and in the evening watching the sun go down. One of our best photographs was a sunset picture from this vantage point. While there is a house between this one and the ocean that blocks some of the view, there is still nice partial view to the beach and ocean. From the Lanai you can actually see over the top of adjacent house to the ocean off shore. The house came with a grill that was in good condition and made some great hamburgers for us. While this house did not have internet service, I was able to find unsecured wireless from somewhere. I particularly enjoyed checking my email early in the morning from the deck on the street side of the house while watching the sun come up over mount Haleakala. The only negative to this house we experienced was the floor (which is tile throughout) was not clean. It did not have visible dirt, but just a few steps in socks would turn the bottoms black. We quickly gave up the Hawaiin tradition of removing our shoes and it didn't bother us any more. Some activities that we enjoyed were: Shopping in Kihei (you can walk to a couple local shopping centers), swimming on the adjacent beach, seeing humpback whales (we went with the Pacific Whale Foundation, but also saw a couple from the beach) and walking around Lahaina. The most expensive thing we did was the Atlantis submarine out of Lahaina. It was an interesting and unique experience, but you don't see quite the reefs and fish that the advertising lead you to believe. Overall, we had a great time on Maui. If we returned we would stay in this house again.

Koa Lagoon 402

What I liked best about the unit I rented was that it was equipped with a lot of other necessary items for example, ice chests, beach chairs and towels, fishing rod, beach umbrella and many more items to make your visit wonderful. The condo had a guest book diary that many guests had put there personal experiences on the pages which helped in making decesions around restaurants and excurisions. The best "insider tip" was the Swap Meet on Saturday mornings!

Aloaha!

A wonderful property in a magical setting - we did not want to come home.

The Lanai view was fantastic. Great unit. The only problem was it was monsoon season and the living room air conditioning unit couldn't keep up with the humidity. The units in the bedrooms made up for it. Would of liked an ice maker though. The rest was great. The beach is more for the view. It is a bit rocky and very shallow for a long distance. Went snorkeling at other beaches. There are many thin, gs to do in Mauisearch web sites for ideas.

I really loved the Condo and would highly recomend it to anyone. I woke up to the sun rise through the bedroom window and wathed the sunset on the balcony at night. I thought that the time I spent at the condo was the time I enjoyed best. thanks again the Schulz family.

My Waii Beach Cottage

We arrived at the cottage late at night, looked around and found that everything was bright and clean and very welcoming, but waking up the next morning was amazing! We had a beautiful yard to ourselves and a little path down to gorgeous beach. Watching the surfers over our morning coffee was pretty great but nothing beat the sunset barbeques, absolutely breathtaking! We would definitely stay at the My Waii Beach Cottage again, it was the perfect honeymoon!

Hale Lanui

We had a great time at Hale Lanui. The property was perfect for our two young families. Lots of space, pool, park, tennis, all within reach of beds for nap time:-) Rod was great...we went fishing with him one morning and caught a bone fish. Our 2 year old girls were so excited. We played the Gold course and the Plantation course. No need to go up to Kapalua. Wailea is beautiful and we wished we played there again.

Hi
The unit was very spacious and clean. You could cook if you wanted to or barbeque or eat out. The parking was free. The only criticism if any was that some of the kitchen utensils needed to be replaced as they were rusty and had passed their sell by date but apart from that the unit gets an A+ The view was of the ocean and it was only about 50 yds away.
The rental agent Linda was very helpful and suggested places of interest that we could visit. Which we did.
All in all a very pleasant week was spent at Koa Lagoon.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The condos are fully stocked with everything you need. It is in a great location, not that far from everytinng we wanted to do. It is right next to the beach (although it was way to windy to enjoy most of the time). I will rent here again when we retun to Maui!!!

Koa Lagoon 503

Unit 503 was very nice. The whole property is very well kept. We ate one night at Sarento's in South Kehei. It was fabulous. On our day of departure we had lunch at Mamma's Fish house just past Pi'ia. Very good food - a bit pricey but worth it for the value and the view. Do the road to Hana in a convertible........

The rental unit had everything that we needed: beach towels, cooler, coffee maker. Those are things that we couldn't pack due to weight restrictions, but still needed. The customer service was fabulous. We didn't eat out, we grilled every night at the unit. The best picture that we took was on the Trilogy catamaran experience. I can't wait to tell my friends that I've been to Maui. My advice to someone else is enjoy the fabulous view out the window. I would recommend the Trilogy trip. It was a great time.

The close proximity to the beach was definitely the high point--being able to run across the beach. The folks at Ail'i management company were very helpful, greeting us upon arrival, coming out to fix a lamp twice. I would recommend this property to others.

Everything we needed was there for us. We enjoyed ourselves very much. The kitchen had everything we needed. Air conditioning would have made it a little better or more fans. Also, not enough trash bags for the amount of time we were there.

What I liked best about the unit I rented was the oceanfront view. Each morning we ate breakfast on the lanai looking out over the beautiful Pacific Ocean. We loved everything about Maui and will definitely be back!

My Waii Beach Cottage

House was everything it said it would be, and then some. Lots of little extras, too. Nice beds & linens, top of the line appliances, silverware, knives, boogie boards and "beach stuff". Washer dryer was a godsend as we were in midtrip. View was absolutely gorgeous... HUGE front yard to beach was very nice...well landscaped. Fun shops and park walkable... boys played pickup basketball with locals most nights. Great beach hopping up and down west coast... Favorite was BIG BEACH... Favorite (only) trip = snuba @ Molikini... loved hiking side paths at Bamboo Falls on road to Hana, too. (After Twin Falls in bamboo forest area...) Best restaurant = Sansei. Only negative was public access path next to rental, so alot more traffic across front yard than we were led to believe, but we got used to it. Beach rules also allowed us easy access to Kam II to left of house! Lovely walk. A couple professional photo shoots off owners peak @ sunset... which tells you something! Stayed at two other rentals during this trip (Waikiki & North Shore) and this was our overall favorite!

It was a wonderful rental on many levels. Beautiful view ! well equipped kitchen and towels. good separation of bedrooms. Though lots of noise - from gardeners and bulldozers and neighbors........ But who cares - you're in Hawaii - GO TO THE BEACH - be happy !!! I would be happy to rent the same unit again ! aloha

I best thing I liked about the unit was it was quiet, and it had a car wash station in the parking lot. Customer service by the rental agency was great! Best part of my trip was the ocean. Best picture I took was of a Dragon Eel My advice to someone else staying in 3M - Forwarned - it is not clean - but it is comfortable -

We loved the great view! from the lanai of Koa Lagoon 204, and the closeness of the unit to shops, restaurants, etc. The beach was very private . . . The condo was clean and contained all amenities we needed, and we hope to return some day to revisit the area.

THE UNIT WAS VERY WARM AND COZY. PROBABLY THE BEST RESTAURANT AROUND THE KHIEA AREA WOULD DEFINITELY BE VIETNAMESE CUISINE, HOWEVER LULU WAS A NICE PLACE AS WELL. THE BIG WAVE HAD GOOD EARLY BIRD DINNER SPECIALS.EVERYTHING WAS GREAT. THE ONLY SMALL COMPLAINT THAT I MIGHT VOICE IS THE SUGAR ANTS PROBLEMS IN THE UNIT. OTHER THAN THAT MY ONLY BIG COMPLAINT IS NOT STAYING LONER. THANKS AGAIN MARINA!!! WILL SEE YOU NEXT YEAR. CUONG HUY VO

We had a lovely time. Our family lives all over the US and we all met in Maui for a family wedding. The house location worked out well to commute to the wedding in Wailea. The rental location was perfect to walk to the beach and the patio was great to hang out. There were a few housekeeping issues but someone came out and fixed the problems. Thanks

The rate is great. The decor is great. The location and type of neighborhood was average. The air conditioner was much too small and we had a hard time sleeping because it was warm and humid in the room. The many small ants need to be taken care of. We would not rent this condo again because of the last two things.
