Description

Spacious and comfortable condominium conveniently located one and a half miles from Paia, walking distance to Kuau Cove Beach (3 homes away); right by landmark restaurant, Mama's Fish House; Windsurf, Kiteboard, or surf right next door at Ho'okipa Beach. The condo was recently renovated. It features a newly upgraded kitchen, two upgraded bathrooms, a master bedroom with king bed, a second bedroom with two twin beds, a roomy living room with a fold out futon and tasteful island decor. The unit is on the ground floor and can easily be accessed from the reserved parking right in front of the door. The back has large sliding doors that open to a covered porch with seating and a large grassy area that can be used for sunbathing and BBQ's (community grills). The condo sleeps 4 in the two bedrooms.

Rates

Starting from $175.00 per night. 10% down to hold a reservation. Balance due 30 days before check-in 4% processing fee. Holiday and peak season rates and required length of stay may be different than quoted above. Credit cards, cash, checks and wire transfers accepted. Minimum night stay varies amongst the various rental units. Many rentals have 30-night minimums.

The initial viewing of the apt. complex was dissapointing as i do not remember seeing pictures like this, however after entering the apt, I was happier. Air conditioning would have been helpful. The electricity went out a couple of times, requiring us to move the refridgerator to flip the circuit switch. Ants were in the ap. and we were asked if we would be leaving on one day so that they could spray for insects. The neighbors were great. it was a very nice beach and close to Mama's Fish House which is a very nice restaurant. Not much time was spent at the rental and Hawaii is absolutely beautiful.
