Situated on the slopes of Haleakala, this cottage is located in a
very quiet area of Kula. There are only three homes on the private
road and all are separated by hundreds of feet and large pastures.
Come feel like you are living in the country without sacrificing any
of the modern conveniences. North shore beaches and downtown Kahului
are about 25 minutes away and south shore beaches such as Wailea and
Makena are 45 minutes away. There is a large grocery store 10 minutes
away as well as several restaurants and coffee shops in the area.
Beautiful, quiet, new, two bedroom, 1 bath 1000 sq. ft. guest house
located on a small secluded 4 acre horse property in Kula. Sit on
your large, covered lanai, adjacent to a hillside of lavender, and
enjoy the rolling pastures that are home to pheasants and our horses,
Dante and Sweetheart. Or enjoy a beautiful Haleakala sunset, while
grilling fresh fish from a local market. The interior is spacious,
allowing four people to be very comfortable while they enjoy the
large, well appointed kitchen and dining area. One bedroom contains
a California King bed, the other contains two twins. Additional
amenities such as high speed wireless internet, DVD player,
cablevision, a safe, washer, dryer, full size shower, tub, and hair
dryer make it very easy to be right at home.
The attached custom barn allows you to experience the wonders of
horse ownership (without the work!). The owners of the cottage live
in a main house on the property, far enough away to provide you lots
of privacy, and near enough to provide you on site response to your

My sister has yet to go to Haleakala, so we will plan on a trip to see the sunrise next year.
It was a very peaceful and relaxing vacation for us, and we plan on returning!
