If I could rate Maui Sandy Beach more than 5 stars, I would! This home had the perfect location and amenities! Just a few steps to the sand, gorgeous views, very short walking distance to good restaurants and markets, yet very private. The home was more than comfortable - everything about this house was "high-end" and the kitchen(s) were well equipped. Any visitor could see that details to the landscaping and overall cleanliness are a top priority to the owner of this property. We appreciated the "hands-on" attention we received from both the owner and our Vacation Rental Agent. Our entire family would love to come back to Maui Sandy Beach!

There is an off shore reef that allows for gentle on shore waves and swimming. You may also enjoy a short walk with your surf board to two popular surfing areas.
The estate consists of two separate 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom villas with separate entry and private verandas conjoined to create a total of 6 bedrooms, 6 Baths and two outdoor exotic bamboo lined hot water showers. The entry features an original 10 foot tile mural of a mermaid with cascading water. Master bedroom suites on second floor with outstanding views of Lanai, Molokai and the lush west Maui mountains from the private balcony. Each has an open air shower, spa tubs and original glass vessel vanity sinks. Furnished throughout in Hawaiian, Balinese and Asian style furnishing/artwork. Open wood beam vaulted ceilings for that spacious feel. 10 ft high sliding pocket doors with sun screens that open up the living rooms to the expansive lanai on the sandy beach front. Each shower has an original art tile mural depicting old Hawaiian scenes by a local artist. Lahaina has best weather in Maui with little rain. Very secure with electronic gate, and house security system.

Starting from $2,400.00 per night. 50% down to hold a reservation. Balance due 60 days before check-in. $5,000.00 security deposit. $800.00 cleaning fee. 4% processing fee. Listed rates do not include tax. Holiday and peak season rates and required length of stay may be different than quoted above. Credit cards, cash, checks and wire transfers accepted. Minimum night stay varies amongst the various rental units. Many rentals have 30-night minimums.
