We had a great time at the house. However I thought I would share a few things that may be of interest to the owner. There should be instructions on the kitchen sink. I had to call the management company and they indicated they get a call about once a month. The end of the facet broke off in the last couple of days of our visit. We had to disconnect the portable phones b/c the house gets calls through out the day. The major one is to renew your car insurance. About 4 calls a day. The answering machine would be full on some days. We had to huge New York size rats in the laundry area. The outside shower is about to break at the nosel as well. You have to hold it a certain way for the water to come out. The air conditioning doesn't seem to handle the size of the home. It never got below 78 degrees in the house. And we made sure the sensors were activiated with the doors completely closed. We used the box fans until one of them stopped working. The masterbedroom at night would be really hot and the other two rooms would be really cool.

We did love the house, the view and the location. We walked into town everymorning to Livewire coffee shop. The best food was the steaks we cooked on the grill almost every other night.
Most memoriable moment was our 10 month 26 day old daughter took her first steps in the house. It was really neat.
We do plan on coming back to the house. Would like it to be cooler in the house, would make it more pleasant.
Mahalo.

Perfect location. Loved the anoles and geckos found on the beautiful grounds. Bathroom layout is a bit odd but workable. Would love to return some day.

This was a delightful place, better than we could have hoped for. It this was everything it promised: easy walk into town, backyard access to our own beach, scenic views, and comfortable beds! Can't imagine why someone would want to stay in a hotel. We'd definitely like to stay here again!

We shall be doing it again in the near future. We are trying to rally our family and friends for a repeat stay as I write this.

We just returned from a two week stay at No Ka Oi Hale. I can not say enough good things about this rental! Since we have two young children (1 and 6), staying in a home is the best solution for a long vacation and this house is perfect for a family. The home is nicely decorated, but not so nice I worry with children (although all the glass figurines were put up within 10 minutes of arriving...) The furniture and bedding is in good condition. The kitchen was well stocked, but not with too much junky stuff, so that you're searching through 12 spatulas looking for a potato peeler. And the back deck. Oh, the back deck! Two giant umbrellas shade a big deck with unbelievable views of Lanai. Baby Beach is perfect for small children or anyone wanting to have access to a very calm, idyllic beach. The house is a two block walk to Front Street. A few things are a little rundown, but with a vacation rental, there is almost always something that needs repair. Our family will positively rent this

A lovely home however the property manager is not taking very good care of the place. It is in desperate need of a deep cleaning. everything is very dusty. The Air conditioning filter was not changed before we got there in probably a year or more and all of the a/c ducts have caked on dust around them. I would suggest not renting for a few days to get a good cleaning crew in there. We enjoy this property and will probably come back but would like to see it cleaner next time. Thanks

Wonderful place to stay for our family, leading up to our wedding. Location is superb! Plenty of room inside the house and outside with all the lanai space. Everything we needed for cooking was there as well as all the towels, which made it very convenient. Walking to downtown Lahaina was too easy, which made us appreciate the house even more. Watching the Sunset each night from the Baby Beach, which is just steps away, was such a fortunate feeling. Great for just adults as well as family with small children.

We are a casual, layed back kind of family who came to 'hang loose' and the No Ka Oi fit the bill.
