The house was really great, with magnificent view of islands and ocean overlooking from the yard and swimming pool as well as that of mountains on the front side of the house. The house is located on a foothill southeast of Lahaina town, and you will see almost no other house from the property. All you see are islands, ocean, mountains and hillsides. In the morning, you can watch Island of Lanai gradually changing colors with sunlight, which will start from the top of the island, come down to the ocean and eventually eastward to yourself, shaded lastly by the Maui mountains. In the evenings, you will see the orange sun going down by the palm tree by the swimming pool and finally down under the horizon, followed by Venus and/or the crescent moon. The house is still new and elegantly furnished with a lot of spaces to relax, dine and have BBQ. Swimming pool is large enough for adults to have some exercise and for kids to have a lot of fun. Lawn yard is large enough for small kids to play soccer. Recently a new supermarket opened across from the Cannery shopping center which sells a lot of organic and good groceries and wine, so cooking and dining at the house is a wonderful options, with no worry for saving a driver for wine and dine. The property manager was very kind and responsive to our requests.
