"What I liked best about the complex was that it was ideally suited to our family of 15. The 3 sets of parents and little kids were in the main house and my older grandson and friend stayed in the pool house. This left me to have the apartment over the garage. Everyone was happy with their arrangement. The customer service I received from the very beginning back a year and a half ago when I made the reservation has been excellent. The responses to our many questions were always answered promptly and completely, even the little ones like "how many refrigerators are there." We came in a little early, but was accommodated by Mack, who was always available for calls and questions during our stay. The best part of our trip was that we could all stay in one place, instead of three or four condominiums/hotel rooms! We were able to make arrangements, have the kids at the beach or the pool and go on excursions without the problem of trying to contact each other. My sons and their wives all took one night as a night out and went to several nice restaurants, one within walking distance to the house. This was the most memorable vacation we have taken as a family and being at the house together was a major factor in making it so."
