48-2 was equipped with everything that you would need for a most wonderful relaxing vacation. The Puamana grounds are absolutely lovely, with a very community feeling. We felt very safe traveling with our children to Puamana, and the children's swimming pool was great. All the guests were friendly, and respectful to the rules. I highly recommend 48- however, I would suggest, the three a/c units need some maintenance, and a mop for tile clean-up would be great.

the condo is very dated with few towels for showering or going to the beach, as well the bedding is dated, there were no sheets for the pull out sofa bed, and the regular beds were hard and uncomfortable . Kitchen is barely adequately stocked with glasses, and utensils are few and far between. There is also no air conditioning for the lower level, only air in the bedrooms so during the humid months, it is virtually unbearable to sleep on the sofa bed in the living area. Also, it is unbearable to be in the house during the hot time of day - very humid! rnrnI would not recommend staying here. There are other condos that have been maintained and updated at a much more comfortable and adequate level. rnrnIt was also a downer that the beach piece of this property is very rocky. it is not sandy as we expected. disappointing.

i give this a fair to good rating. it can be an excellent rating if they did the following: new ac in the loft otherwise i would not count the loft as a place to sleep. the heat is unbearable. new linens & towels as they are old and stained new drapes in the bedrooms. new frigerator; the frigerator did not keep things cold and the freezer did not freeze the ice. the sliding glass door to the patio was very difficult to open; the track should be oiled to make it open more smoothly.

Very nicely appointed condo. There was a very welcoming feel throughout, nicely decorated, and well air conditioned. Spacious.

The location of 48-2 is great. It has an ocean view and easy access to both the beach and pools. We greatly enjoyed our stay.
