This brand new custom three bedroom villa features stunning unobstructed ocean views with the island of Lanai as the ultimate back drop.

Enter the villa to a spacious open plan living area, kitchen and dining area, French windows leads to the terrace with breathtaking views. The living area with tasteful furnishing features a large Plasma TV with satellite channels, DVD player and CD player. There is a fully equipped kitchen with an oven /hob, fridge, freezer, grill, microwave, and dishwasher. A utility room houses the washing machine and clothes dryer. Inside there are dining facilities for 6 or, if you prefer dining al fresco, meals can be enjoyed out on the terrace.

Enjoy dramatic Maui sunsets, night after night, while you relax in the lagoon style pool and jacuzzi or enjoy the almost 2000 square foot of covered lanai with built in BBQ area and comfortable amenities that promote much needed rest & relaxation.

Starting from $875.00 per night. 25% down to hold a reservation. Balance due 90 days before check-in. $1,500.00 security deposit. $416.66 cleaning fee. Additional Fees: $78.13 for check-in fee. 4% processing fee. Listed rates do not include tax. Holiday and peak season rates and required length of stay may be different than quoted above. Credit cards, cash, checks and wire transfers accepted. Minimum night stay varies amongst the various rental units. Many rentals have 30-night minimums.

Reviews

The counter tops were dirty when we checked in. There were dogs in the swimming pool multiple times and dog crap on the lawn. As well as mice in the house! And the master suite is not part of the the main house.

We are so sorry to hear about the challenges you experienced at our property. We have spoke to our property manager about how to correct these issues. Pest control has come by to address the field mouse. We have also updated our property description to better illustrate how the master bedroom is under the same roof and across the 8 ft breeze way. We have spoke to the neighbors about keeping their dogs in their yard going forward.

This house was amazing! The views from the moment you walked in were breathtaking. We like how the Master Bedroom was separate from the rest of the house. It gave my husband and I some alone time without interruptions. The owners were very gracious and responded to our needs immediately. We didn't have time or take the time to do the trip to Hana. So that will be on our agenda the next time over. One of the best pictures we took was in the backyard at sunset of our two kids, it will be a wonderful memory for us. My son also posted a video on YouTube he took while swimming with the owners dog, Drummer.

The villa was excellent, except to note that there were both a dog and a cat that frequented the property during our visit and when we arrived there was animal hair all over the outdoor furniture that we had to clean off ourselves. Other than that, the villa was great. Great location and spectacular views. So convenient to everything. We look forward to working with you guys again in the future and would recommend both the villa and your service.
