The Plumeria cottage is part of the 7 unit estate, The Banyan Tree House. It is our newest cottage and offers a nice garden view from under the banyan tree. This room has a queen size and twin size bed, private bath with bathtub, coffee table, and kitchenette. The kitchen in this room has a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, water filter; coffee-maker; coffee, tea, hot chocolate etc. are also supplied.

This property has access to a number of shared facilities. First the large 2 acre property is beautifully maintained with many large banyan, monkeypod, jacaranda, avocado, banana., papaya and norfolk pine trees shading hammocks as well as the many lawns and flower gardens. The fruit from these trees is freely offered to our guests as well. also a shared a 50 ft. lap pool with a Jacuzzi, poolside shower, covered dining area and lounge chairs that are shared. There is also wireless internet access for those traveling with their own computers and a fax machine for sending or receiving faxes.

Room rates are based on two people per room. Additional guests are charged an extra $30 per person per night.

Starting from $155.00 per night. 30% down to hold a reservation. Balance due 60 days before check-in. $50.00 security deposit. $30.00 cleaning fee. 4% processing fee. Listed rates do not include tax. Holiday and peak season rates and required length of stay may be different than quoted above. Credit cards, cash, checks and wire transfers accepted. Minimum night stay varies amongst the various rental units. Many rentals have 30-night minimums.
