The Plantation House: The Plantation House was built in 1929 as part of the Baldwin estate. It has 3 large sunny bedrooms, each with a private bath. There is a large shared living room with fireplace, T.V., cable, VCR, DVD and sound system. A large sunny dining room with 8 place dining table and library/office alcove. The roomy lanai is enclosed with sliding glass windows and doors with a wonderful view of the West Maui Mountains as well as the open lawn and banyan trees on the west side of the house. Here you will find couches, comfortable chairs, another dining table and a ping-pong table also.



The group size kitchen comes with refrigerator, 2 sinks, 2 gas ranges with big ovens, 6 cooking burners, and grill. Many counters and cupboards surround the kitchen and there is a large island counter in the center of the kitchen. The kitchen is complete with loads of service ware and utensils, pots and pans of all sizes, blender, mixers, microwave, toaster, coffee makers and other appliances.


This property has access to a number of shared facilities. First the large 2 acre property is beautifully maintained with many large banyan, monkeypod, jacaranda, avocado, banana., papaya and norfolk pine trees shading hammocks as well as the many lawns and flower gardens. The fruit from these trees is freely offered to our guests as well. also a shared a 50 ft. lap pool with a Jacuzzi, poolside shower, covered dining area and lounge chairs that are shared. There is also wireless internet access for those traveling with their own computers and a fax machine for sending or receiving faxes.

Room rates are based on two people per room. Additional guests are charged an extra $30 per person per night.

Starting from $165.00 per night. 30% down to hold a reservation. Balance due 60 days before check-in. $50.00 security deposit. 4% processing fee. Listed rates do not include tax. Holiday and peak season rates and required length of stay may be different than quoted above. Credit cards, cash, checks and wire transfers accepted. Minimum night stay varies amongst the various rental units. Many rentals have 30-night minimums.
