Starting from $745.00 per night. 50% down to hold a reservation. Balance due 60 days before check-in. Additional Fees: $80.00 for Reservation Fee and Limited Liability Waiver Fee. 4% processing fee. Listed rates do not include tax. Holiday and peak season rates and required length of stay may be different than quoted above. Credit cards, cash, checks and wire transfers accepted. Minimum night stay varies amongst the various rental units. Many rentals have 30-night minimums.

Reviews

The location of the unit was superb! Right on the ocean, with one of the most beautiful views I have ever seen. The lanai was the perfect spot to read and do some whale watching. The property manager was very professional and dealt with our issues in a timely fashion. They were very pleasant to deal with. The cleaning staff were friendly, efficient and non-intrusive. The condo was well equipped with respect to kitchen utensils etc., and had more than enough towels, bedding, etc. The only real issue I had and the reason I gave this unit 3 stars instead of 4 is that the decor is dated and dreary. Considering the price of the unit, a person would expect a more updated and sophisticated interior. The location of the condo is great -- very quiet with no street noise -- just the sound of the waves.
