Starting from $495.00 per night. 25% down to hold a reservation. Balance due 90 days before check-in. $1,000.00 security deposit. $416.66 cleaning fee. 4% processing fee. Minimum night stay varies amongst the various rental units. Many rentals have 30-night minimums.

What I liked about the unit I rented was that it was immaculate! It was very well decorated, very clean, and we were greeted with fresh flowers in many rooms, as well as a welcome gift of Hawaiian coffee and macadamia chocolates. Our caretaker was there to greet us and show us around, arrived promptly when we needed help with something, and even called to check on us to make sure there wasn't anything he could do to make our stay more pleasant. It is actually more luxurious than the pictures portray, and the landscaping is beautiful, especially the private backyard which surrounds the grill and hot tub. We will definitely recommend Pacific Paradise Estate to friends who visit Maui!
