Sugar Cove is a group of eighteen townhomes, located on four acres of oceanfront property in Spreckelsville (Paia), Maui, Hawaii. The grounds are well landscaped with tropical plants and trees. There are six buildings each with three units. The buildings are staggered, so that all units have a full view to the ocean. Sitting to the back of the townhomes is a sheltered swimming pool and tennis court. Baldwin and Baby beaches are a short walk down the road (Baby Beach is the local favorite for small children).
Each townhouse is two stories, 2300sf, with the bedrooms on the upper level (each bedroom has its own bathroom), and the living, dining, kitchen on the ground level. Bedroom #1 has king bed, bedroom #2 has queen + 1 twin bed, and bedroom #3 has queen + double beds. Each unit has a well equipped kitchen (fridge, stove, D/W, microwave), laundry, TV/VCR, CD stereo, telephone, and a large front patio. ALL ROOMS look towards the ocean with the exception of one back bedroom. This tends to be the perfect North Shore environment for couples wanting a somewhat nicer accommodation, or families.
Windsurfing - during windsurfing season (March to November) experienced sailors will be able to launch directly from the front of the property. There is plenty of space on the large front patio to store windsurf or surf boards, and sails can be placed in the racks at the back of each unit.
Unit 5A feels a little more private, sitting to the corner of the #5 building. There is a lovely expanse of grass, then the steps onto the beach. Enjoy the sun on the large lanai on the oceanside of the unit. The lanai has outdoor patio table/chairs, charcoal BBQ and lounge chairs.
The living space is 2400sf, with three bedrooms (each with private bathroom) on the upper level of this two story townhome. The ground level has a very large living area, TV/VCR, DVD, stereo, dining room, a half bath, and a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, stove, D/W, microwave, disposal).
Other amenities include laundry, beach towels, ceiling fans, wireless high speed internet, and telephone with answering machine. |
