The buildings are staggered, so that all units have a full view to the ocean. Sitting to the back of the townhomes is a sheltered swimming pool and tennis court. Baldwin and Baby beaches are a short walk down the road (Baby Beach is the local favorite for small children).
Each townhouse is two stories, 2400sf, with the bedrooms on the upper level (each bedroom has its own bathroom), and the living, dining, kitchen on the ground level. In unit 5C, bedroom #1 has a king bed, bedroom #2 has a king bed, and bedroom #3 has a queen bed plus a single bed. Each unit has a well equipped kitchen (fridge, stove, D/W, microwave), laundry, TV/VCR, CD stereo, telephone, and a large front patio. ALL ROOMS look towards the ocean with the exception of one back bedroom. This tends to be the perfect North Shore environment for couples wanting a somewhat nicer accommodation, or families.
