The main living area is on the first floor with a 1/2 bath, living room, dining room, kitchen and bar seating. The kitchen is full-size and fully equipped with updated appliances. Except for the carpeted living room, the condo is tiled throughout.

The downstairs lanai is tiered and is surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. Your private lanai is a great place to dine, catch some rays, or relax and read a book. There is even a propane gas grill for your use. The choice to dine in or out is yours.
