This relaxing low-density property consists of two-story buildings terraced over twenty-four acres of immaculate tropical landscaping. Beautiful Ulua Beach is a well-known snorkeling destination and is great for watching dramatic sunsets, swimming, sunning and whale watching in the winter months. Wailea Elua is a gated centrally air-conditioned property that includes two swimming pools, Jacuzzi, beachfront pavilion with barbeques, putting green, paddle tennis court and free private parking. The spacious interiors include fully equipped kitchens, washers & dryers, cable television, free local phone service, private lanais and luxury linens. Daily maid service is included at this resort property. Unit #2106 also has high speed internet service.

Starting from $420.00 per night. 50% down to hold a reservation. Balance due 60 days before check-in Additional Fees: $134.17 for Reservation Fee. 4% processing fee. Holiday and peak season rates and required length of stay may be different than quoted above. Credit cards, cash, checks and wire transfers accepted. Minimum night stay varies amongst the various rental units. Many rentals have 30-night minimums.

Guest Rating:

Very dusty and old furnishings. Smelled musty. The drapes were sheer and provided no sunshine protection for sleeping in. Desperately needs some TLC. Too many rules at the pool and is not a kid friendly atmosphere. Says it is beachfront, but is not. Be prepared for 3 flights of stairs and a brisk 10 minute walk to the beach and its all uphill on the way back. Made for a miserable trip. Would avoid!
