to find the perfect Maui vacation.
Puamana 153-3 - This was a great rental unit. It really felt like home. There was plenty of room to give everyone privacy. We saved a lot of money by purchasing groceries at the Safeway grocery store (stay away from the local general stores-the prices are outrages). This was an excellent location with a beautiful beach!
Koa Lagoon 301 - What I liked best about the unit I rented was the oceanfront view. Each morning we ate breakfast on the lanai looking out over the beautiful Pacific Ocean. We loved everything about Maui and will definitely be back!
Palms at Wailea 1506 - What I loved about the unit I rented was the location, it was clean, well equipped with what we needed and the view from the lanai was spectacular. Also loved the pool and hot tub at the palms. We took a cruise to molokini and turtle arches which was great, although I didn't see any turtles. We enjoyed the free outrigger canoe lesson at the Four Seasons. I love the walk along the beach by the hotels, the Maui Film festival. We visited friends so never went out to eat, but the Four Seasons Hotel has the best mai tais on the island. Couldn't have had a better vacation!
My Waii Beach Cottage - House was everything it said it would be, and then some. Lots of little extras, too. Nice beds & linens, top of the line appliances, silverware, knives, boogie boards and "beach stuff". Washer dryer was a godsend as we were in midtrip. View was absolutely gorgeous... HUGE front yard to beach was very nice...well landscaped. Fun shops and park walkable... boys played pickup basketball with locals most nights. Great beach hopping up and down west coast... Favorite was BIG BEACH... Favorite (only) trip = snuba @ Molikini... loved hiking side paths at Bamboo Falls on road to Hana, too. (After Twin Falls in bamboo forest area...) Best restaurant = Sansei. Only negative was public access path next to rental, so alot more traffic across front yard than we were led to believe, but we got used to it. Beach rules also allowed us easy access to Kam II to left of house! Lovely walk. A couple professional photo shoots off owners peak @ sunset... which tells you something! Stayed at two other rentals during this trip (Waikiki & North Shore) and this was our overall favorite!
Menehune Shores 320 - It was a wonderful rental on many levels. Beautiful view ! well equipped kitchen and towels. good separation of bedrooms. Though lots of noise - from gardeners and bulldozers and neighbors........ But who cares - you're in Hawaii - GO TO THE BEACH - be happy !!! I would be happy to rent the same unit again ! aloha
Monkey Business Maui- Kihei Bay Surf 135 - The condo was WONDERFUL and came with lots of fun extra's like beach towels, a boogie board, and lots of stuff to cook with in the full kitchen. We had a very enjoyable time staying there and would recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in Maui.
Puamana 35-2 - The accomodations were comfortable. The fuse blew several times - could not run the air conditioner and the washer, microwave or hair dryer at the same time. The TV in the master bedroom didn't work. An electrician came out and switched the breakers, but that didn't help. Other than that, we found the condo to be fine.
Puamana 48-2 - we had a nice time ,very clean rooms and well kept grounds ,pools were great and unit was well supplied . Mahalo
Koa Lagoon 204 - We loved the great view! from the lanai of Koa Lagoon 204, and the closeness of the unit to shops, restaurants, etc. The beach was very private . . . The condo was clean and contained all amenities we needed, and we hope to return some day to revisit the area.
