I have stayed at the Whaler many times but this experience by far, with your company has been THE BEST!!!. Though you are not one of our prefered partners I will; without hesitation recommend your company to my members. The experience from the beginning was welcoming, EASY and imformative. We got to choose our room(photos were great help). We got to check the availability and customize it too. (daily maid service; though we did have to call and remind them to come the first day. After 4PM they showed up, but after that they were great)rnWhen I had questions or concerns the member service persons were very helpful. Only suggestion I would make is maybe lumping the maid service with room rate as an option. I will forever use your company when traveling to Hawaii. I don't remember the persons that assisted us but I would like to let managmen
This is a Beautiful condo on the first floor. Good access to front desk and pool, however you frequently have people passing by the first floor lanai and they can see in. There is a washer and dryer but it was not connected during the stay in August '06.
A truly wonderful apartment. We flew all the way fom London ( including my 82 year old mother) and the apartment was stunning...great facilities, great location and everything you could need was in there. The other important thing was that it was spotlessly clean.....and all was ready for our arrival. The service from both the agent and the staff at the Lahaina Shores complex could not be faulted. The unit was spacious, clean and well-equipped as promised with a nice little walk to Whaler's Village. Unfortunately, the AC was broken for the first two days of our visit. After it was "fixed" the owner of the unit next door had a security guard enter our unit while we were out to turn it off because she said that it was making noise, but we couldn't hear anything. The next evening, a security guard entered our unit while we were sleeping to turn off the AC unit again, because the owner next door complained about noise from the AC unit again (even though we still couldn't hear anything and the AC technician couldn't eaither.) He woke up my kids in the next room, who were horrified thinking there was an intruder in the condo. Whaler's Realty responded to this inadequately and we still don't know the result of our complaints. Our stay at Koa Lagoon couldn't have been more pleasant. It is very central to everywhere we wanted to go and everything we wanted to do. The facility was very well taken care of and provided us every comfort we expected. Arrival was flawless. This was an excellent experience. Beautiful location.
