This unit is beautifully maintained, clean and very comfortable. great view of whales, kite-surfers, sunset! If you don't mind a small beach and very iffy swimming (coral right there), the Mahana is the right condo for you!

Decent unit at a great location. Good: Nice large screen projection TV. A/C was great and worked well. The unit included nice beach ammenities and entertainment options such as boogie boards, beach chairs, games, books, etc. Not-so-good: No Washer/Dryer in unit! Filthy carpet. No restocking of basic supplies such as toilet paper, bags, etc.

The condo was great though checking in after hours was problematic. Hard to find the unit when you've never been to the property and no map available. Thank goodness for a security guard who was most helpful and polite.

We stayed at the Puamana 21-2 on our first visit to Maui and had the BEST time! The condo grounds were very impressive, and the environment very peaceful - just what we needed on vacation! Our room was perfectly clean and inviting, and had everything we needed to feel right at home! We'll definitely be back. :D

Koa Lagoon 102

Cleaning of the stove and the sink could have been better. Some caked on grime on and around both. After purchasing cleaning materials, I cleaned them to my satisfaction. Everything else in the unit was excellent. We loved everything about the place. Would go back to the Koa Lagoon and 102 in a heart beat. Linda was fantastic; when the televison died, the first day we were there, she ran out and bought another one and had it installed before we returned back from town. Wonderful place and wonderful management. Would recommend Koa Lagoon to all my friends and family. Thank you for a wonderful time!!!
