The property offers extraordinary tranquility and privacy on a nearly 12-acre compound across Kaiwi Channel from Diamond Head, just a 20-minute drive from Molokais small-jet accessible airport.

The property is located on the longest and widest unobstructed white sand beach in Hawaii, Papohaku Beach, on Molokais sunny western shore. It embraces over 750 feet of spectacular beach frontage that features a park of trails and deer paths and hidden gathering places in sandy coves, above the main beach.

With over 14,000 s.f. of living space, the property includes a main house with separate wings for the master suite and four guest bedrooms, plus a guest house with two bedrooms, plus two large garage buildings, each with an art studio/workshop (available by special arrangement only), and private guest parking at each house.
The main house and the guest house are designed to provide privacy as well as many gathering spaces for families and friends. In each, spacious open living, dining and kitchen areas in the great room flow to large, covered lanai that overlook the beach. The houses are beautifully furnished and well equipped (including books, videos, games, some sports equipment, toys and toddler gear). There is a great deal to do at each house and across the property and beach.

The main house sleeps 10 in 5 bedrooms; the guest house sleeps 4 to 6 in 2 bedrooms and sleeper sofa.

Each house features a large hottub with ocean views, as well as outdoor grills and dining areas. Additional features included outdoor showers surrounded by tropical flowers, full and well-equipped kitchens and laundry facilities, wireless internet access, satellite TVs in living rooms and master bedrooms, fax/print/copy machines, and some cellphone access. Both houses offer endless views of the beach and ocean, from almost every room, and are surrounded by lush native landscaping.
