Starting from $850.00 per night. 50% down to hold a reservation. Balance due 60 days before check-in. $500.00 security deposit. $450.00 cleaning fee. Additional Fees: $100.00. 4% processing fee. Listed rates do not include tax. Holiday and peak season rates and required length of stay may be different than quoted above. Credit cards, cash, checks and wire transfers accepted. Minimum night stay varies amongst the various rental units. Many rentals have 30-night minimums.

What I liked best about the house was the beautiful ocean view and the pool. The house itself was fine, but needed updating and cleaning. The inside of the house looked worn (built in the 1950's) and had rust issues (side of the refrigerator, for example) and some items had some serious dust issues. Overall, the house was comfortable and spacious.

Yes, the house is from 1950's and is extremely clean. There is a little rust on the side of the fridge, but very clean inside, but we just bought a 2nd fridge, and now there is a back up fridge for large families. The house was very clean when they got there. Because there is no A/C and the side of the house opens all the way up, there will be dust coming inside when the windows and doors are open, there is a great breeze and fans in every room.
