Starting from $250.00 per night. 30% down to hold a reservation. Balance due 60 days before check-in $150.00 security deposit. $185.00 cleaning fee. 4% processing fee. Holiday and peak season rates and required length of stay may be different than quoted above. Credit cards, cash, checks and wire transfers accepted. Minimum night stay varies amongst the various rental units. Many rentals have 30-night minimums.

Our family of six adults stayed there for 5 nights and had a wonderful time. We really enjoyed grilling on the deck overlooking the ocean. The owners were very nice and helpful with information on where to go and what to see. Don't miss the Waimea Valley! It is a beautiful place and you can swim at the water fall there. Thanks again for a wonderful trip!

The unit was very clean and the customer service A-plus! The Owners were very very accommodating. The ocean view was spectacular. It was nice to be out of the busy traffic in Waikiki Beach etc. Very relaxing. The weather was great and the ocean was warm... Great Holiday....

The Owners were fantastic! They had everything that we needed for our vacation in Hawaii. Every morning we would get up and watch the sunrise and at night sit on the deck and relax with the sound of the waves coming up on the shore. This was the most relaxing vacation ever.
