The setting for this vacation home is spectacular! We loved watching and hearing the ocean and seeing the sun rise on occasion. It is peaceful and calm and away from the Waikiki madness! The home is spacious and comfortable. We especially appreciated having three bathrooms and the lovely, modern kitchen. Having towels to take to the beach was a nice touch. There are a few problems with the home. The kitchen blind is broken and needs replacing and we had to be very careful about leaving any food out on the counter because of an infestation of small ants. The traffic noise in the bedroom near the street was annoying and made it difficult to sleep at times. (Perhaps a double pane window in that room would help.) The water heater capacity was insufficient for the three bathrooms. After returning from a beach day around the island everyone was sandy and wet. We started three showers with pleasant warm water, but each ended up finishing the showers with cold water. We did not hear from the booking company while we were there to see if everything was okay, but we were fine. I don't know if we would book this place again. We would have to see what other options were available.

Our spacious villa boasts an 1800 square foot living area with 3 bedrooms, 3 baths with tile and wooden floors throughout. This single unattached home also features a complete, large and open modern kitchen showcasing new cherry wood cabinets and granite counter tops. Also, completely furnished with gorgeous stainless steel finish dishwasher, stove, range and full-size refrigerator plus all the cooking utensils you'll need!
We have also furnished all bedrooms with 300 thread count bed linens for your added comfort and convenience. The 2 Master suites are furnished for a wonderful tropical feel and include a King-size 'Sealy' mattress. The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin size 'Sealy' mattress beds as well. Premium cable TV and a high-speed Internet access are also included with our villa.

The Hau'ula house was amazing. The house has everything you need to feel like you are at a home away from home. The beach is right outside the back door and you are able to enjoy the beach right there. There were very few people on the beach and there were days that we did not see anyone else at all. The house is close the the Polynesian Cultural Center and all of North shore beaches to watch the surfers. When we come back to Oahu we will definately stay there again. The only negative I can say is that there is not steps from the rental house right down to the beach, you have to walk a couple houses down and enter at the public entrance. A set of steps from the back would be the only thing I would change

The Hauula Ocean Front Villa was amazing! What a great getway to experience life on the northeast shore of Oahu. The villa had everything we needed, the kitchen was well supplied with appliances and gadgets to make us feel at home. The 3 bedrooms were comfortable and spacious. The best part was the ocean views and experiencing walking on the beach anytime we wanted! It was enjoyable to sit outside and experience the sunrise while sipping morning coffee. The best part was being able to snorkel to see the fish and coral right off the beach, outside the door. The convience of Hauula and the grocery store there plus the local restaurant made it easy if we didn't want to cook. With Kam highway right outside the door, it was easy to see the sights further up the north shore. Those are a must see! Tish was always helpful and went the extra mile to make sure our stay was safe and happy. Thanks for a memorable beautiful island experience! I definitely recommend this to anyone visiting the island!
