Sleeps up to 10. Another bedroom has a separate entrance from the outside. The Guest House is set separately from the main home and includes its own full kitchen, small living area and loft with a queen bed. The interior bath has a sunken whirlpool tub; outside is a shower and 17' heated whirlpool spa.
The villa has two complete kitchens and an outdoor gas fired barbecue. The kitchen in the main house has both SubZero refrigerators and wine coolers, Wolf cook top with grill and griddle, double Wolf ovens, microwave, commercial ice maker, and commercial dishwasher (600 dishes per hour).
Included is a security system and high end media room, outdoor gas fired BBQ, and 65K gallon solar heated swimming pool (Gas heat available during cooler winter months at additional daily charge).
