It boasts a 1/2 mile of sandy beachfront that is both quiet and nearly private as this is not a crowded beach. This homes amenities include a shower for 2 in master bath. Vaulted bamboo ceilings and ceiling fans adorn every room. The beach front is great for swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, beach walks, and whale watching in the winter when sea turtles are seen almost daily from the beach. Well manicured tropical gardens surround the 5 villas nestled on this private property. Many flowing water features are integrated into the landscape including a koi pond and large spilling vases. There is soft night lighting through out the landscape and oceanside for evening rejuvenation. .

Starting from $255.00 per night. 30% down to hold a reservation. Balance due 75 days before check-in. 4% processing fee. Listed rates do not include tax. Holiday and peak season rates and required length of stay may be different than quoted above. Credit cards, cash, checks and wire transfers accepted. Minimum night stay varies amongst the various rental units. Many rentals have 30-night minimums.
Reviews
We had a few problems with ants and the air conditioner, but besides that the place was very nice. The owner of the place was very quick in fixing any issues we had. Two other things that could be betters is 1) blinds for the front and back door so people can't look in, and 2) extend the wifi range. We had to go outside to use the wifi.

Wifi range has been extended and is available through out the home and grounds. Ant issue was resolved with Terminex and air conditioner was replaced. Thanks for your stay with us
Pros: Loved the place and the washer & dryer. It also had wireless internet connection. Cons: The hot water lasted about 30 seconds. Would have loved a TV in the bedroom. Needs a blow dryer.

New hotwater system installed. Blowdryer now in unit. TVs in bedrooms coming soon. Currently has large tv in living room. 5/01/11 note There are now flat screen televisions in all bedrooms and living area as of 1/1/2011.
