House was ideal. The layout made for cozy living yet plenty of privacy The yard was huge yet enclosed so the play opportunities were fabulous. The only minus was that it backed onto a road and we heard the cars going by. The house had balls and beach needs very well covered. All in all perfect and plan to return!

Property is a 14000 sq ft lot and home is set back on the opposite side and furthest point from the road. It has a completely enclosed yard with a wall and tropical surroundings to help for privacy and buffer any exterior noise.

Beautiful house just two blocks away from the beach. Lots of beach towels and beach toys for kids. No complaints!

Our group had a very pleasant stay at the Aloha Spirit. The group was made up of 5 sailors, 2 wives and a toddler, which was a perfect number for the house as we did not have to use the sofa bed, which meant the living area was not compromised. A baby travel cot was available for our use. Communication with the agents was very good and easy, being demonstrated when the BBQ gas bottle was empty, which when reported was filled the same day. The house was as advertised, with a modern fully working kitchen, reasonable bed linen and towels, a large selection of beach towels, which was a definite plus. The garage was full of extra beach equipment which we were able to use. Access to the beach, was not described, which I would include in the house brochure as this is not automatically obvious when you arrived at the house. Between us we had 4 cars which was not a problem as there is a large grass area outside the house to accommodate any that can not fit into the garage. Proximity to the supermarket is good. I would suggest the option of having more keys available if necessary as the 2 we had meant that we had to leave one in a "special" place so everybody could come and go at will. I would recommend this house to others.

The home was clean, well equiped, close to the ocean and beautiful. Anything we imagined could be found in the house. The staff was friendly, helpful and kept in touch with us during our stay. Staying so near the beach is heavenly as we could go down in the morning or afternoon and stay as long as we wanted - no parking and easy packing for lunch. We loved that we had chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards available to us. The water was perfect. Also nice that the house was safe for babies.

The unit was very functional and close to the beach. The unit had lots of beach chairs etc and we took a quick trip into costco and bought another chair and a couple of umbrellas and some new boogie boards and we were set. When our GPS gave us bad directions to the unit from the airport Lori spent an additional 2-3 hours waiting for us and guiding us in on our cell phones. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and the beach(2-300 yds away) was beautiful. Get up early to see the sunrise as it may come up between the 2 islands in front for a spectacular view. we enjoyed renting the car and touring the island and saw all around the island. The best was the old way around to the North Shore and the drive into Waikiki going south along the Ocean Highlight for us was going to the North shore and doing Shark encounters in the shark cage . I would suggest Haunama Bay(go earlybefore 10), Sea Life park after 12 big discount) You can rent kayaks 5 minutes away lots of things to do The only problem with the unit was we had a large group(9)and there are 3 large bedrooms however there is a smaller middle room with twin beds that is situated between the 2 bedrooms and the front room and kitchen and you had to pass through it or go outside There was no privacy in this room for whoever stayed in there. We worked around it and it wasn't that big a deal except first thing in the morning. Also the dishwasher was finicky and didn't always work. Primo Beer and Kona Longboarder lager and my boys drank lots of it. Lots of good restaurants in the immediate area within 5 minute drives. Nothing fancy but good food. Halawea Joes (only after 5)was the best in Kaneohe10 minutes away. Other wise you had to go into Waikiki . My family thouroughly enjoyed our stay and found almost all of the people friendly in the area. Highlight was my parents 65th wedding anniversary and the the night out at the Polynesian cultural centre. they went out of there way to make them feel special. we would definitly come back to stay as it the area is beautiful Kirk & Lori and family Calgary, Alberta Canada

We loved the Aloha Spirit for our vacation rental. The home had everything we needed with many extras that made it feel like our home. The beautiful yard, beach toys, bicycles, wonderful open patio, island decorations, great kitchen and short walk to the most amazing beach made our visit perfect. The customer service we received from Aloha Beachfront Rentals was the best. We had to plan our trip on short notice and extend our stay at the last minute. Kia'aina at Aloha Beachfront Rentals answered our calls and emails each time promptly and went out of his way to help us have a great stay.
