We enjoyed this rental very much. It was perfect for our trip. Customer service was excellent. I highly recommend this rental for anyone looking to "go native" in Hawaii and get away from the tourist traps. Kailua was great. We appreciated the Internet acess and the welcome gift basket. Mahalo!

Starting from $225.00 per night. 30% down to hold a reservation. Balance due 60 days before check-in. $250.00 security deposit. $125.00 cleaning fee. 4% processing fee. What I liked best about the unit I rented was that it was clean, modern and quiet. I didn't like much the chairs in the living area as you could slip off easily. Needing such a long password for Internet access was inconvenient. Otherwise, a very lovely stay in Kailua. Mahalo!
