This 3 bedroom 3 bathroom Enchanted Lake house is located half a mile from downtown Kailua in a quiet residential area. It is approximately one mile to Kailua beach. The house provides all the amenities including modern kitchen, large LCD TV, internet and digital cable. The tropical lanai is a highlight of this modern home. The spa allows for relaxation after a stressful day at the beach. The bar, grill, large dining area, and surround sound audio/video system make for perfect entertaining or just hanging out watching a movie. Beach chairs, towels, body boards, snorkel gear and easy access to the beach, as well as access to beautiful Oahu, set the tone for a perfect escape to paradise. This home sits at the end of a quiet, safe, residential neighborhood in Kailua's Enchanted Lake area.

Starting from $300.00 per night. 20% down to hold a reservation. Balance due 60 days before check-in $500.00 security deposit. $175.00 cleaning fee. 4% processing fee. Holiday and peak season rates and required length of stay may be different than quoted above. Credit cards, cash, checks and wire transfers accepted. Minimum night stay varies amongst the various rental units. Many rentals have 30-night minimums.

The unit is very spacious and well maintained. The appliances including the TVs are of the highest quality. The owners lives next door and were very helpful. Shopping is within a mile and varied. all you need easily available. Plenty of restaurants and fast food outlets. The beach is fine but although only a mile away it is not really walkable. But there is plenty of parking at the beach.

We should be delighted to return next year.
