The property is only 15 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes to Waikiki. More importantly, it is away from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki in the quiet community called Kailua. This house boosts ocean and beautiful mountain views from all rooms. It is a short 5 minute drive to Kailua Beach, 7 minutes from world renowned Lanikai Beach, and 8 minutes to quiet white sand beaches of Waimanalo. All the beaches in Hawaii are open to the public so you can spend the day walking any of the beaches on the island. The property is on a hillside facing the ocean which keep it cool year round as the tradewind breeze blow threw the house. Sit out on the wraparound Lanai to watch the sunrise or the sunset behind the mountains.
