This beautiful and spacious 1 bedroom can sleep 4 people comfortably. There is one dedicated bedroom, one kitchen area and a living room with a couch that folds out into a bed. There is a shower but no bathtub in the bathroom. There is a large private backyard with a barbeque, a television and dvd player, high speed wireless internet onsite, and Kailua beach is about a mile away. There is plenty of parking too!
Starting from $135.00 per night. 30% down to hold a reservation. Balance due 60 days before check-in $300.00 security deposit. 4% processing fee. Holiday and peak season rates and required length of stay may be different than quoted above. Credit cards, cash, checks and wire transfers accepted. Minimum night stay varies amongst the various rental units. Many rentals have 30-night minimums.

The House was beautiful and the owners were very hospitable. The short walk to the beach was very convienient and so was the short drive into Kailua. Only suggestion is an outside light in the back for night time sitting and grilling. thanks again for the place!

Great location in a quiet Kailua neighborhood. Close to Enchanted Lakes shopping (groceries), and Kailua restaurants. Clean apartment, nice kitchen for cooking and patio to eat outside. Eliminates the need to eat every meal at a restaurant.
