Every step of the process from renting the house, to checking into the house to departing the house was seamless. The photos are accurate and the house is spacious, clean and comfortable. The location was a perfect distance from the beach (a 1 block walk away, so you don't have to worry about finding parking!) a short drive to a local shopping center (for groceries, provisions and Lani Kai Juice <-- best. smoothies. ever.) and a short 30 minute drive to Waikiki. The covered porch and hammocks were so relaxing to have - and the pool was a nice way to cool off if you didn't want to deal with the short beach walk. All in all, Vacation Rental Agent handled this rental beautifully and I would highly recommend the services to others who are looking for housing rentals.

. the name says it all. This fabulous upgraded three bedroom three bath home boasts pride of ownership along with a feeling of hospitality.
As you enter into the home you walk into the living/family room, then straight ahead is the sliding door that leads to the outdoor pool area. The sitting room and Kitchen are off to the left side of the house and the bedrooms are located in the back half of the house. Two of the bedrooms feature their own private bath, and one of the bedrooms lead out onto the poolside were you can soak up some of the Hawaiian Paradise.
One of the best beaches in Hawaii "Kailua Beach" is just an easy 1-2 minute walk away.

It was a great place and I loved the swimming pool a lot! I would really love to stay again but couple things that would help improve about the property as below. - I really do think the place needs air condition. - The grill (Barbecue) which was one of the top item that I was looking forward to do was very dirty and could not use it.

All guests are given contact numbers. Both the cleaner and property manager live just a few minutes away. Had someone called we would have been over right away. I really liked the house and its proximity to the beach. It is also tastefully decorated. The pool pump was *very* loud and woke us up every morning at 7am which was a little annoying. Kailua is a little thin on good restaurants. In fact, there are none. The cooking utensils are poor. In this day and age, it is inexcusable to use teflon given that the material is known to be carcinogenic. This is a high-end rental, so some decent stainless steel utensils should be affordable. And some decent barbeque utensils.
