The Hale Kai Surf is a wonderful architect designed beachfront home with commanding ocean views. The house has a large lawn fronting the beach. Some of the many lovely features include high open beamed ceilings with skylights, ceiling fans, polished/stained cement and hardwood floors, open gourmet island kitchen, formal dining/living room, family room w/lots of books and a wet bar off the lanai. Enjoy the tropically planted and protected courtyard with a waterfall and koi pond, colorful stained glass powder room and a refreshing heated outdoor shower. Take in the beach views from the fun outdoor spa beneath the swaying palm trees. Decorated in a tropical motif of bamboo, rattan and teak, this comfortable family home features art work by local artists reminiscent of old Hawaii. In addition, enjoy the special amenities of the community tennis courts and swimming pool in this private neighborhood.

Starting from $1,150.00 per night. 30% down to hold a reservation. Balance due 60 days before check-in $2,000.00 security deposit. $475.00 cleaning fee. 4% processing fee. Holiday and peak season rates and required length of stay may be different than quoted above. Credit cards, cash, checks and wire transfers accepted. Minimum night stay varies amongst the various rental units. Many rentals have 30-night minimums.

The home was an exceptional property, both in terms of location and convenience. The view was wonderful and we really enjoyed watching the sun rise from the bedroom balcony while having our first cup of coffee in the morning. The beach is just steps away. Everyone liked walking in the sand or watching the people strollling down the beach, many with their dogs. The guest book was especially helpful - full of advice, helpful hints and menus collected by guests on local places to eat. We were there almost six weeks and all our needs were met very quickly, Dave even installed a handrail for my mother to make getting into and out of the shower easier for her. Would love to fall asleep listening to the waves every night.
