It's hard to go wrong when the beach begins just beyond your back yard. We truly enjoyed relaxing as a family at Hale Kai Surf. The house has plenty of room and the views were amazing. Watching the sunrise each morning over the water with a cup of coffee was a great way to begin the day. There were many things to do with our four kids (ages 1, 5, 7 and 10) within 30 minutes! The house also had almost everything we needed - boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc. This was very nice, finding out that we didn't have to go out and buy a bunch of stuff. What a great time.

Starting from $1,095.00 per night. 30% down to hold a reservation. Balance due 60 days before check-in. $1,000.00 security deposit. $495.00 cleaning fee. 4% processing fee. Listed rates do not include tax. Holiday and peak season rates and required length of stay may be different than quoted above. Credit cards, cash, checks and wire transfers accepted. Minimum night stay varies amongst the various rental units. Many rentals have 30-night minimums.

The home was an exceptional property, both in terms of location and convenience. The view was wonderful and we really enjoyed watching the sun rise from the bedroom balcony while having our first cup of coffee in the morning. The beach is just steps away. Everyone liked walking in the sand or watching the people strollling down the beach, many with their dogs. The guest book was especially helpful - full of advice, helpful hints and menus collected by guests on local places to eat. We were there almost six weeks and all our needs were met very quickly, Dave even installed a handrail for my mother to make getting into and out of the shower easier for her. Would love to fall asleep listening to the waves every night.
