Starting from $499.00 per night. 30% down to hold a reservation. Balance due 45 days before check-in $500.00 security deposit. $350.00 cleaning fee. 4% processing fee. Holiday and peak season rates and required length of stay may be different than quoted above. Credit cards, cash, checks and wire transfers accepted. Minimum night stay varies amongst the various rental units. Many rentals have 30-night minimums.

We found the house in perfect order, well equiped, clean and welcoming. The hosts were delightful and helpful. We are not first time visitors to this part of the island so we know what we like and what we want in a vacation rental....this fit the bill to a T!!!!
Easy beach access, quiet street (although the main road is close it was not a problem).
Thoroughly enjoyed our time and would gladly stay there again...which is a first for us, to repeat a rental!!!

Our accommodations were beautiful with full amenities. We loved the grounds, the pool and the house. The cross breeze throughout the house was wonderful in that no matter how hot and humid it was outside, the house maintained a constant temperature throughout. The crash of the surf could be heard from the master bedroom which was a bonus. This house is well appointed and I highly recommend it.
