Starting from $750.00 per night. 30% down to hold a reservation. Balance due 60 days before check-in. $1,000.00 security deposit. $525.00 cleaning fee. 4% processing fee. Listed rates do not include tax. Holiday and peak season rates and required length of stay may be different than quoted above. Credit cards, cash, checks and wire transfers accepted. Minimum night stay varies amongst the various rental units. Many rentals have 30-night minimums.

Hello, We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. So close to everything we wanted to do but far enough away for total relaxation. The beach was only a few minutes walk from the house. The Kailua beach is one of the best for taking long morning and evening walks. Of course, finishing our day off in the House's pool was perfect. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hale Kimo! The house is perfect for families, with lots of room to spread out and well appointed with anything a family might need. The pool and and gardens are breathtaking! The proximity to the beach was primo! Kailua is a wonderful escape from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki. We enjoyed shave ice at Island Snow, and breakfast at Cinnamons Restaurant. Our stay at the Hale Kimo was the highlight of our Hawaiian vacation and we plan to return in the future! Mahalo!
