The home was designed, built and is maintained with a "Green - Eco Friendly" philosophy to make your vacation healthy, as well as unforgettably happy. This privately managed, two-story, well appointed home is brimming with executive qualities. By privately managing the home, we offer our guests unsurpassed amenities and cleanliness. Amenities, such as Wireless Internet, a private sauna and spa, beautiful linens and decor, fine china, a 50" high definition/surround sound television w/HBO/DVD/CD, a small library, and a family room/kitchen that flows outdoors to the picture perfect, child friendly courtyard. The home is spacious, offering 4 bedrooms, which sleeps eight and offers two separate master suites with private baths. BOSE music CD players are in every bedroom. The larger master suite is truly grand featuring a California King bed and a third level observation deck, which allows breathtaking views of the ocean and the Majestic Ko'olua Mountain Range. Rates

Starting from $700.00 per night. 40% down to hold a reservation. Balance due 60 days before check-in $1,500.00 security deposit. $550.00 cleaning fee. 4% processing fee. Holiday and peak season rates and required length of stay may be different than quoted above. Credit cards, cash, checks and wire transfers accepted. Minimum night stay varies amongst the various rental units. Many rentals have 30-night minimums.

Guest Rating:

You may use our name. The rental house was very nice. We have a couple of

negatives. We were looking forward to using the hot tub . However the

heater would not function. The service company inspected and said they would have to order parts

from the factory. The tub probably had not worked for a long time. Also we had a huge problem with

small ants mostly in the kitchen. We purchased ant baits and located in several locations. This reduced the problem slightly

but was stil a problem in the kitchen. Also when exiting at 6:00 AM we could not lock the house as there was no way to lock and leave the keys in the kitchen. We did call the caretaker and left him a message.

The cost of the rental was much too high to have the various problems above. We stayed at the Hyatt

on Waakiki the first night and the cost for all of us was lower than the rental cost at the subject house.

Comment by Owner/Manager:

Unfortunately or pool repair company did not have the part readily available to complete the repair as quick as we would have liked it to occur. The spa is completely functional following the repair. There were no ants on the property prior to the guests checking in. Unfortunately they probably left food out in the kitchen which caused the ants to apppear. As far as the house not being locked, it was locked by the guests--it was the outside gate that they did not lock. Had the guests followed the instructions given to them by the property manager this would not have occured. The guests had beeen instructed to leave by the gargae door with all other doors being locked upon departure.

This rental was amazing. The Kailua beach was so amazing. We were thrilled that we decided to stay in Kailua instead of the busy Honolulu/Waikiki area. The sunrises were beautiful. My 5 teenagers enjoyed the Mama's Island Pizza (Meat Deelight). In fact we had to eat there 2 times that week. The owner of this unit provided boogie boards and snorkeling gear which was really a nice touch. Alan, the property caretaker, was extremely helpful and available by phone when needed. If we travel back to Oahu we would rent this unit again.
