Starting from $325.00 per night. 30% down to hold a reservation. Balance due 60 days before check-in $500.00 security deposit. 4% processing fee. Holiday and peak season rates and required length of stay may be different than quoted above. Credit cards, cash, checks and wire transfers accepted. Minimum night stay varies amongst the various rental units. Many rentals have 30-night minimums.

What our family liked the best? Well there is a lot... the house was spacious and luxurious, it was close to the beach, it was clean, everything you needed was available, the ladies who came to clean before and after our stay were awesome, most of all the generouse gift basket that awaited us on arrival! The pineapple so weet, the coffee, cookies, and treats, wow! What a welcome.
The price for what we had was unbelievable! Rather then staying in the hotels, we had a home, with a family of six ranging from 17 through 5 everyone had their own bed! There even was a double futon sofa and large comfy couch for an overnight stay with the grandma!
I would highly recommend this place. Everything was perfect from the initial agreement to the end of our stay.

The home was clean and well organized. Great neighborhood and easy access to everything I needed. The only thing I could suggest is I couldn't figure out how to work the Master shower, but that wasn't a big worry there were other baths to shower.
